Rodeway Inn & Suites Chandler - Phoenix South I-10

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the refrigerator was all iced up. They claimed to be a smoke free property, but let people smoke by the side door with it open, so the hallway smelled like a bar. The front desk attendant took off to do something but didn't leave a notice, our room key didn't work the next day and we had to wait in the lobby for a 1/2 hour until he showed up because we couldn't get in our room. Then we told him we were going to give them a bad review he acted like he didn't care, go ahead give a bad review instead of wanting to make things right.

As soon as I entered the room, we looked around and the room was very dirty. The pillows cases had yellow and orange stains. The towels had gray stains on them as well as they had few hairs. The mini fridge and microwave were disgusting in the inside so we didn’t get to use it. The floor of the tub was gray all over. You can tell they don’t clean. We had a busy schedule so we had to leave right after. Because of how dirty it was, we didn’t even sleep there. The next day, we came back to our hotel room and showered with a towel in the tub to then take all our things to go talk to the receptionist. I told the receptionist how dirty the room was and he said they check the rooms are clean beforehand and even had the housekeeper come down to the lobby to tell me she cleaned the room beforehand. They had the nerves to tell me we did sleep there and we left it like that like as if they don’t have cameras that would show us leaving after we left everything in the room the day before and coming back the next day in the morning or afternoon. I have pictures of how dirty the room was so clearly they don’t care how dirty it is. I told them that when I come back I wanted it cleaned. Came back and it was still so dirty. They just made the bed, threw the trash away, and put new towels. Towels and pillow case were still stained. They didn’t even clean the microwave or mini fridge even though I had showed them the pictures of everything. Ruined my trip

The front desk guys were nice. Otherwise, it was just awful. Not clean, dated, noisy. There were some strange people hanging about outside as well.

The staff was lounging and then rude upon checking. At checkout, it took 15 minutes for the person to come to the desk. When the person arrived they apologized and said they had been talking about the upcoming World Cup match. Noticed bugs in the bathroom

It’s got a great location and the prices are low. If you go with low expectations, you should be okay. I won’t complain too much because the price was the lowest I saw anywhere in Chandler, so I guess you’re getting what you pay for.

What I didn't like was that the entry smelled. The room, was filthy. The bed had infested urinary stains. The bed floor was definitelydark. Overall the property is not under healthy sanitary living. As well as theft. I was told that I had to leave $150.00 dollar deposit. Counter personal, charged me $180.00. Stating that my Credit Card company wiuld do that to me. A lie amd and thefts.

This facility is a Drug Dealer Hub, it should be removed from Booking.com entirely. Homeless with a single bag check-in, the place smells like a mental institution and everything is half way made.

Sink was leaking, room was very dirty and the whole property was very dirty overall.

I don’t like that I still haven’t gotten my deposit back and can’t reach anybody. I got there after midnight and checked out at 8am. There is no reason to keep my deposit so I don’t know why it’s taking so long. I returned my rental car 3 days after I stayed at this hotel and got my deposit back the very next day.
