Hotel Il Gabbiano Beach

There was a lot of noise in the hotel. Also local partypeople for different parties which you hear thrue the whole hotel. It's the place where people in the weekend come together....

Some stuff members were not as welcoming.

Completely unhelpful staff, broken room fixtures, cleaners barged in and woke our daughter, pool only usable with a swimming cap you have to purchase for the hotel, dinner is only available from 8pm and is undercooked. And to top all that off there is nothing to do in the area, do not stay here.

The staff was kind and helpful. The lunches and cuisine perfect. The icecreams were really excellent. Free parkin was also fine. The beach of the hotel was very relaxing, quiet and pleasant. Good for swimmers. The breakfast was somewhat boring; no vegetables, no fresh fruits, no ham and eggs at all. The nights were often too noisy due to organised activities.

Cheap and clean, nice hotel. Breakfast was good but there was very little choice and NO VEGETABLE (fruit - just pineapple and some sort of plumbs). Cleaning took place every day even if we didn't want to. Staff was helpful but did not speak English. Breakfast - little choice, no vegetable and almost no fruit. Room services come to our room even if we didnt want to (ONCE AFTER OUR RETURN THERE WAS USED TOILET PAPER IN WC - WASN´T EVEN FLUSHED!!!) and once some random guy come (he had a key) - when he saw us, he didn't know what to say and after a while he started saying that he came for the air conditioning but it was´t broken... Hotel do some sort of partys - one night there was loud music even after midnight!

If you are traveling outside the active tourist season, this is the perfect place for a romantic and quiet vacation. Excellent staff, commendable cleanliness and perfect restaurant waiter and meal. A charming place for walks, unpolluted surroundings and a clean beach. Would return again for sure!

The Location, & the views! The first thing, I went to that hotel because it has a bit of everything, the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, you're practically on the beach, in the evening if you want you can eat at the hotel because they have a restaurant etc... The NEGATIVE THINGS THAT THIS HOTEL HAS!!! We went to the pool and the lifeguard came and told us it was closed, I said to him, "How is it closed, it's 11:00am? He didn't give me any answer", my wife went into the Jacuzzi, and there too it was closed!!! We went to eat in the restaurant, I ordered a grilled beef fillet with mushroom sauce, he brought me a 1 minute steak with flour it seemed!!! the last thing that really pissed me off, an Italian couple came in, the woman called the head waiter and he immediately turned off the AC, I called him and asked why he turned it off and he told me because the lady had the fever, my wife replied if she has fever you can't let her in here, and he told us that everyone in the restaurant wanted the AC off, but when she left, immediately he turned it on!!! But this is the worst of all, we couldn't go swimming even in the sea because for two days the sea turned brown all over the coast, when I asked the lifeguard what it was he was speechless for a while, and then he told me that it was mud, but I saw this "mud"! that came from the Middle of the sea and the river was dry there was no mud!!!

It was kinda cheap last minute. The balcony is ok and spacious, bed was allright. Crazy loud private party going on downstairs, hotel didn’t seem to care and lied about end time. Room is straight from the 70’s and not in a good way. Mold in bathroom. Breakfast is 1 coffee and a croissant…

Kind personnel and the delicious dinner. We missed the fresh vegetables and (fruits?) from the breakfast. The beach is clean and sandy but the water probably gets deep too quickly and it could be dangerous in windy weather.

Location isnnice, the beach was super good. Also the pool! The pool closes at 19:00 which is bad as I would have liked to refresh in the pool after being the entire day in salty water. Also you have to pay 2.50 for a fabric pool hat to get into the pool. In my opinion senseless.

Location and value was great parking but even that’s not a problem

Views and parking spaces. The first room we got was not clean. The second room was offered but even that was not 100% clean. Bathrooms were very small. The night lights did not work. Furniture inside the hotel was very basic. View was beautiful and staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic. Lots of spaces next to the hotel to park.
