The staff was very nice and prontly responded to my requests. The room was very confortable and the bathroom clean and wide as well. The parking lot was not very big and we were almost forced to park outiside

Nice lady at the reception, giving many good advices. Big room and easy to access. There is no parking from the hotel - we needed to park on the street but it was okay to find a place

The fact is that the cafe was nearby. We must have waited for a reception to open a hotel for us, and the information where to call etc. was hanged on the door only in Italian. There was an upgraded room via booking, which the reception did not apply to us. They simply ignored it. Overall, reception was extremely unhelpful. I was asked three times to pay for the room, which was already paid, since via booking for that facility was only prepaid available. So extremely tired after waiting to be let to the facility, we wasted another 30 minutes or more to explain that we paid for the room.... at night, roosters were making extreme noise, so we did not sleep. Rooms like in 80s or early 90s. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
