Location and view excellent. Room was modern and comfortable. Location of charging socket was bad.

Did not like having to fill in a piece of paper to order my dinner at least 2 hours prior. Food selection was minimal and staff did not even ask if we wanted something to drink. I had to ask for drinks and no additions to the food could be ordered. This should have been explained when we make reservations. It seems like food was precooked and then just heated up.

AC wasn't working but only the first night, they sent a technician immediately after claiming who fixed it up, appreciated!

The room was nice, and the view was amazing!! We also really enjoyed the spa The restaurant is not open in the off season (April), and there were no open restaurants in town, so we had to drive over an hour to find dinner. The receptionist didn’t warn us, and every place she suggested were closed. They should offer food when they know there’s no food in town. They should also upgrade the halls and lobby like they did the rooms. It’s very outdated in the lobby, and the hallways are dark with flickering lights.

The new renovated rooms are excellent! Also the food was delicious and amazong view from roof terrace. Close to waterfalls. Hotel itselfs is very outdated. The new rooms are great, however corridors, roof terrace, lobby, restaurant very much need an upgrade.

Very poor breakfast offering. Restaurant was unappealing both in size and ambiance - despite the heat we chose to walk 40 minutes to the town for our evening meal. Basically this hotel offered a decent room but not much else.

Such a relaxing, beautiful and restorative venue. It was perfect after a long long day of hiking.

The hotel provided the refuge we needed. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was good. Decent breakfast buffet. It felt past its prime. The photos gave us the impression that this hotel was nicer than it was. The staff person checking us on seemed annoyed with us while the check out crew were very friendly. No lake access. The roof top bar was not open. The hotel was not in town and without an easy walking path to get into town. For the price we expected more.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely and it was very quiet as it was before peak season. The location is great however having a car was a big positive.
