Short in wiring it took several conversations to be moved I was in handicap and moved to regular room that was filthy hadn’t been cleaned in a month paint on the floor where the door was repainted entrance door to the room was warped I could literally see outside I had to insist on a clean towel after being told I wasn’t allowed one to reuse the one in the room already tub and fixtures had not been cleaned and the best part was purchasing a can of residual to kill the cockroaches. I have pictures of this and several external infractions especially exposed wiring and trash. I will be reporting these unsafe and unhealthy conditions to the Board of Health I will be coming to you for a full refund I would have left bother hotels were full and I didn’t have the funds to pay the difference in cost so I was forced to stay. I also was charged 147.00 on your site and received a receipt for $120 I will only be reimbursed the amount on the receipt where is $27 over charges refund coming from oh and I love the false advertisement of a free breakfast a single roll small bottle of warm Sunny D and an apple that I can’t eat bcuz of my dentures I did get a cup of paint thinner coffee. I cannot believe you would lower your standards to even list this type of accommodation. Or are you saying that it’s your policy recommend dumpsters to your clients

Very quiet and staff were very welcoming, The bed was very comfortable, Will definitely stay again.

They sheet smell was duties. I almost vomits Im so regrets that i paid cheap.. For that nasty place. Wont ever go there again

It doesn’t end there, there was a roach box in the middle of the floor, extension cords streamed across the room and the most horrid smell ever. They reluctantly issued a refund for our stay and made it very known they were not happy about having to do it. The only is the location, right off the freeway with a some good and local food options.

Didn't have hot water for a shower. Didn't know I had to have $25 cash on hand for a deposit. I had to walk a quarter of a mile to the station to use ATM.. The hotel was very old and run down. The staff was friendly.

However, it's an old, dated property. Most of the light bulbs were out which turned it into a really dark, spooky place. The room itself felt and smelled slightly musky. There is no elevator - if you are disabled and/or have a hard time walking and climbing stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor. Which was not available for us. The dryer was out of order.

The exterior of the building upstairs was very dark. Walking up and down the stairs in the middle corridors was dangerous.

“Non smoking room” booked. Smelled like cigarettes. Pretty bad.

It was a motel, didn't pay a whole lot didn't expect the whole lot. It was clean on the inside, and the staff was coherent. Better than a lot of other places

It was an older hotel but was clean and quite.

I am sorry for such a negative response, but the check in was friendly, but the room smelled as though someone had been smoking cigarettes for a couple years. It was so dirty looking that I was afraid to sleep under the covers. This was the worst plac e I have ever slept, and I served in Iraq.

When I tried to find my room on the backside, I found that half the upstairs has been deemed unsafe, but was then unsure out to feel about the room I was given only yards away on the second floor of the other side. The room was poorly cleaned, especially the toilet, and it made for an uncomfortable stay. Had I not just driven 14 hours, and in need of sleep, I may have asked for another room, but my confidence any others would be significantly different made me just grin and bear it.

This hotel needs to be shut down and demolished.

My stay was for a week. It was excellent. My cousin visited me an she stated she had not known about the Hotel. She liked the place an said she will book room when she visits Terre Haute.

Never again

Should definitely drop the property from Expedia list. It damages Expedia brand name.

Do not stay here the window didn’t lock the door didn’t lock they were partying outside of our room all night long there was no place to hang any clothing the room was filthy there was no phones there was no Internet the TV was broke.
