The air conditioning system seemed to be standard issue hotel, meaning noisy, but it worked well and provided white noise to help me sleep later on. They also provide nice linens and good, full-sized pillows. There were also many premium channels and other entertainment to choose from on the 40-inch TV across the room from the bed. Early the next morning, I must have been the first to try the breakfast buffet, which was very good for a mid-price hotel such as it was. There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, gravy and biscuits and the ubiquitous Belgian waffle maker to go with toasts, bagels, several varieties of juices and of course coffee. In all, it's a very good value if you need a nice place to stay in Terre Haute.

Enjoyed my overnight dtsy

For a low budget hotel it had recently been renovated it seems… or is in the process of… couldn’t tell which… not a fan of low ceilings… breakfast is limited but there is a Bob Evans just across the parking lot…

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and super friendly. My kids were a bit chaotic but they helped with every request (I was not difficult by any means, but they never seemed inconvenienced). The property was clean but was outdated. For the price I paid I was very happy with our stay. Breakfast was great.

The beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great The location was horrible. I had no idea it was all rundown looking. Sketchy people were hanging outside, the door to our room didn’t shut at the bottom like it was not lined up correctly with the frame or had been kicked in before. I didn’t feel safe. The little fridge in room didn’t keep anything cold. Not good lighting and couldn’t open the curtain because there was a building being built and it looked trashy . Who knows who was looking in. I’m very disappointed in the cost for this room and how unkept it was.

The hallway could use some update, but it was clean

The rooms were decent, the bathroom was not. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed during a shower. There were rips and stains on the shower curtain. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. The shampoo was broken off the holder located in the shower, not as big of a deal as the other issues. Hallways were hot and outdated, elevator small and sketchy. Laundry room for housekeeping kept the doors open so you could see in it, thought that was tacky as well.

Friendly staff but wind from air conditioner blows directly to the bed and the light from outside leaks inside because the curtain is not big enough. Water leak mark on the ceiling. The sign is misleading to the location. But price is fair

Room was clean and comfy. The $150 security deposit was a bit much.

It was regular breakfast, no complainants. rooms were comfy though a strong disinfectant smell a strong disinfectant smell, may a room freshener post cleaning would help here
