Very pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was and budget friendly

Clean, comfortable bed and ok breakfast for an inexpensive price.

Room was clean. Location was good and close to the highway. Staff was nice. Weird, funky, smells everywhere in building. Facility clearly in need of serious updating. Breakfast was limited and did not look very inviting. Coffee was really bad.

It was excellent as usual. It is a budget hotel, but it is in great shape and very clean. Staff are pleasant too. I always stay here when in Terre Haute.

Run-down, poorly maintained facility. Uncomfortable bed. Hair shampoo at bathroom sink instead of soap. Worst-tasting eggs at a hotel continental breakfast I've ever had. Will never stay again.

The hotel and staff were both great!!

the rooms were good, the staff were ok, but the breakfast bar left much to be desired, especially the COFFEE!

The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very spacious! No pool.

It was clean I have no complaints.

The room was okay as being clean. I didn’t like that house keeping did not give me fresh towels and wash cloths! I had to ask everyday for fresh towels and it was like they did not want me to have it! I don’t like the idea of staying at a hotel and not getting fresh towels! That needs to change for guests!

I had a very late check in for one night, Sunni was cheerful and happy to help. I also was given a late check out, which was so appreciated! This place isn’t fancy but it’s clean, clean, clean and quiet! Bed, pillows and shower = perfect!

Almost no parking available in the lot. The place was filthy dirty and smelled. Even locals I talked to after my stay said they would never stay here. Beware the low price - there’s a reason!

They were doing a remodel

Don’t let the surrounding hotels detour you from staying at sleep inn!! Right when you walk into the lobby it’s smells clean and you can tell the property is well maintained!! The only negative is the $150 deposits, this should be made known especially when you are paying with third party! I’ve stayed at many hotels in many different states and never had to pay such a high deposit.

Huge $150 deposit that you don’t get back right away, there were stains on the blankets and shower was leaking because of there setup. It was very humid in the room and had a weird stench to it there was obvious signs of stuff that hasn’t been cleaned l to its max potential.

The hotel had a weird smell. Check in was easy but the hotel was very run down.. we got one room and there was stains all over the sheets.. went down got another room and it felt the same.. the hallways had smells and the room again had stains at that point we didn’t care. We slept with our own blankets and woke up early and left. The staff was nice and tried to help though
