Palazzo Caracciolo del Sole

Safe parking. Air conditioner and refrigerator didn't work. Ants were in the bathroom. The owner didn't speak english at all.

Clean, had parking, good shower. Don’t think it is finished yet. Could not access rooftop, kettle in room but nothing to go with it. Had a fridge but didn’t work.

Very nice option to stay, when visiting Pompei. Spacious room. Good private parking. Brand new. Everything fine. In our case minibar fridge was not working.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the whole accommodation building is very nicely equipped and decorated. The private parking is secured and it is the great thing, giving that neighborhood didn't look quite safe. Host was very hospitable, always answered all our questions and gave some recommendations we asked for. Neighborhood.

Spacious, cool room with lovely decor. Lovely building. Nothing to fault, hoped to have access to roof terrace to relax in the sun but it’s not clear on the website that you only get access with one particular room which we didn’t have.

I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Caracciolo del Sole, especially in the penthouse apartment. The view and facilities were outstanding. However, there was a minor issue with the coffee machine, which remained broken throughout our five-day stay. It was a bit puzzling that it took so long to fix. One thing to be aware of is the relentless clock. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat, this may not be the ideal place. The church bells starting at 7 am were incredibly loud and disruptive, making it feel like a never-ending nightmare. Additionally, people congregating and socializing outside the church until 1 or 2 am made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I would add a few glasses to the room.

Palace vibe. Everything looks big, spacious and super clean. Small cofee area with muffings to use anytime. The location. There is not much around for a walk. But it is good to move with the car and visit things.

Lovely old building, rooms done to a high standard. Parking is in their own courtyard. Host on site and very helpful. Convenient location for Pompeii if you are driving and want to get away from the busy city. It is centrally located in the town, but the town itself is friendly but run down, so there are very few places you would want to eat (found the local’s favourite pizza restaurant which was great). Choose this place as a great base and enjoy the private location of the property.

The hotel is wonderful, right in the old town with its own closed courtyard, inside is like a palace, everything is beautiful and luxurious, very big room, croissants, condiments, water, milk, juice, coffee, tea in the kitchen.

Beautiful modern penthouse with a giant terrace and perfect view at the Volcano. Whatever you want to do - hiking on Vesuvius, visit Pompeii, Ercolano, Napoli, the Amalfi Coast or Salerno - can be reached perfectly from Terzigno. I could also cook dinner in the kitchen and wash our clothes. We enjoyed our trip in a perfect environment. Thank you very much. There was nothing that we did not like about it ? Would recommend

Breakfast was just right, nice to be able to help ourselves Supermarkets nearby and self catering of penthouse is well stocked with everything you need. Also availability of a washing machine was a massive bonus. Panoramic views... Vesuvius too. Nothing we didn't like about the host or property.

Private and safe ( we had earlier been robbed of all our belongings in Rome ). Lovely host - even though she spoke little English we managed to communicate! Breakfast was the COVID type : prepackaged and not too tasty ?

Beautiful decorated rooms, very close to train station, Mount Vesuvius, restaurants and supermarket. Free breakfast, great Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and kind hosts.
