Great, clean room with beautiful view

The outside is nice, the sunbeds look very comfortable (I haven't tried them) and there's plenty of space to spend the evenings outside by the pool. We paid for the Maisonette Booking should not allow this listing to stay up with this fake info. We paid for three rooms, and we were only offered two. The owner listed a deceiving offer and it was obvious he's aware of it, because when we told him that a room is missing, he knew instantly what we meant and said "you should have checked the pictures more" The listing (maisonette) said: one bedroom with double bed, one room with double bed and sofa and one living room with sofa. In reality, there's only one bedroom with a bed and another room with a bed and sofa. He says the room with the bed and sofa is both bedroom and living room. We even called the police, and they obviously knew we were right by how they acted, but the police and the owners knew each other, and the police tried to intimidate us so not to put a complaint. Booking refunded us a part of the amount we paid (although at first they tried to sell to us the same lines we heard from the owner), but the owner refused to have any discussion about it, just kept saying "you should have checked the photos", as if it's normal to put a deceiving description with "hints" in the photos. What are we, detectives, to investigate each and every photo, to count the beds and sofas? We read what it said in their presentation, it should have been enough and it should have been the truth. I want to mention that we were 6 adults and 2 toddlers, we booked for only 6 adults, because the children were going to sleep in the same bed with the parents. BUT we offered to pay for them, nonetheless, when we arrived, before we knew how the accommodation was on the inside, because WE WANTED TO BE FAIR, unlike them. The conditions would have been decent for no more than 4 grown-ups, not for 6 and at a smaller price!! Nobody pays 2000 euros for 4 nights to sleep like children in school camps, all in the same room.

The big swimming pool was pretty cold and had a strong smell of chlorine The furniture needs to be refreshed

the location of the hotel is convenient, 2 minutes drive to Limenas. The bedroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. Clean towels everyday. The toilet was old and smell was coming out of drain holes. The flow of water through the shower was very insufficient. The intercooler part of the air conditioner was placed wrongly, facing the fan to the balcony. therefore a hot fan was blowing into the balcony, making it impossible to open the balcony door.

Locatiın was good but not walking distance to Limenas center. Breakfast was good We stayed at Metsikas Hotel in Thassos for 4 nights. On the 3rd day of our stay, my nephew said that water was dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom and that it was cracked, so we thought we would tell the hotel management in the morning. On the same night, we woke up at around 4 in the morning with a loud noise, we ran to the bathroom and saw that the bathroom ceiling had collapsed and large pieces fell into the toilet bowl. We saw him fall into the shower cabin and we were really scared, especially my 12-year-old nephew who was very impressed. We could have been in the toilet at that time, we could have been in the shower, and if that had happened, we would have been injured or died. We were all very scared. The next morning, we told the hotel manager about the incident, and he was not surprised at all and apologized half-heartedly, in a rather insensitive manner, as if we had told him that there was a bug in the room. His lack of reaction surprised us even more. We showed the pictures and asked him to go to the room and show them. He said there was no need and came by force. He told us that there could have been an earthquake, what would you do then, and he surprised us even more. Then he said that they would change our room and there was nothing else they could do. I am complaining about the hotel and the hotel management. You are not safe in this hotel, and the owners were not embarrassed by this situation. We, as a family, could not escape the impact of the incident. I will sue the hotel management as soon as possible with the photos and videos I have. Definitely do not go to this hotel. You are not safe !!!

First of all, ther hotel owner was very friendly, helpful, and kind. We are grateful for the hospitality we received throughout our stay. The room we stayed in and the hotel itself were extremely clean and everything was well-organized. The facilities were modern and met all our needs. Whether with family or friends, you can comfortably enjoy your time here. For our next trip, this will definitely be our first choice again.

Mr. Yorgo and the staffs were so friendly, helpfull and cheerfull. Whenever we have a question or need help, they helped us every time. The destination was cleaning daily. Thank you for everything. If you are going to go to Thassos, you must prefer to Metsikas.

The room and the surroundings were great. Great location , 5 min from the ferry.The owner was really helpful and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The thing that we were disappointed with was the pool. On the site was stated that the pool was in use all year around and that was the main reason that we booked. The pool wasn’t functional and this was a big disappointment. Breakfast was minimal.

It was so peaceful and quiet and the breakfast was excellent. There was nothing I did not like.

Standart residance Kids bed were not so comfortable. Some parts were collapsed.
