Great stay

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were the window in our room let so much light in from the parking lot lights, they need curtains as well as shades to prevent that. The coffee was bitter. We would stay here again if we were back in that area.

Breakfast was great just kept running out of food. Need a little better monitoring. I realize it’s not a 5 star but if your going to offer food as part of your stay please make sure you have plenty staff to run efficiently.

Breakfast was a decent buffet of hot food- scrambled eggs, sausage & oatmeal, then cereal, pastries, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, & milk/ juice. Room was clean & nice.

My family and I had a great stay for 2 nights. Price was good and staff was great.

Great place to stay

The bathrooms were big and the shampoo and soap dispensers were large and full. The rooms are a bit small but space was used well. There is a small fridge but no microwave. Brrakfast was okay. Bacon was fried to a crisp, and the main food besides the eggs were mini pancakes. And the machine was slow. Toppings were great. The oatmeal had cranberries, almonds, and dried fruit. I would prefer the classic brown sugar, cinnamon, with raisins. It's a classic. Those are just preferences. My ONLY real complaint is that smoking shouldn't be allowed near the front entrance or near the pool. These are areas where kids most likely will have to smell it. The hotel did a great job not smelling of pot. It seems every place we have stayed recently smelled of nasty pot. This hotel did not.

Staff are professional & friendly! Rooms are always clean and very comfortable! This will be our first everytime we aarein the Dallas area!
