Great view of the river and dam

We loved the music and slept well.

Great stay. Live music the night we were there. Had people above us and when they were walking around the floor felt thin. Breakfast is what you get at any budget continental breakfast- nothing too appetizing. View is amazing.

Cute little motel nestled in the hills. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast nook had a nice ambience with a decent selection of breakfast items. Coffee was good.

What a pleasant surprise! Stopping here was a last minute decision when we couldn't make it the last 5 hours home. The price was great. The room was spotless! The bed was comfortable. Our complementary continental breakfast had a wide array of choices that sure boosted our food budget. The view of the Columbia river and Mt. Hood was awesome. We will certainly be back.

This was a quick overnight stay for us. The staff was friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We would stay again.

Great friendly staff, excellent free breakfast with variety. The view is nice. Easy parking at your door. I wish I’d had time to try one of the bar drinks, but was too tired from traveling. A clean, friendly place for an overnight stay. Truly the nicest staff we’ve found traveling in a long time.

Check in was fine with Tupu. Downhill from there, room is very tired. Sheets and bedding were scratchy and well past their prime, TV limited with no ability to stream, breakfast was a food disaster with owners yapping away loudly with no regard for clients close by. Windows in dining area were dirty and bug ridden. FYI, we reserved a “DELUXE” room and absolutely disappointed. Please heed our warning as we are extremely well experienced travelers and reading a review like this would have been great advice.

Our stay was just fine….table in the room was too wobbly to use but everything else was good.

One of our favorite surprises was the live music—it made the evening so much more enjoyable. They also offered pizza and fries, which was perfect when we wanted a quick snack without having to go anywhere else. They had drinks as well, and the bartender definitely wasn’t shy with the pours! Between the friendly staff, live music, food, drinks, and overall charm, we absolutely loved our stay. Such a fun and unique place, and we would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean but very noisy from the upstairs neighbors. Bed was pretty uncomfortable as well.

The staff is great, breakfast is great. Room smelled heavily of room spray. Bathroom smelled of pee. Light above outside door out, so difficult to see at night.

My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff were very helpful. Great breakfast too and enjoyed the live music on the patio.

The room was fantastically large. Bed extremely comfortable and the coffee was absolutely the best hotel coffee I've ever enjoyed. The only downside was the toilet was not installed well. Tank tilted into the seat area.

Big, clean room with a view of the Dalles dam and Columbia River. Only negative was our air conditioner was right next to the bed, so that when it turned on, it was blowing directly on the bed. Would have been better if the bed was away from the ac.
