The room was a lot smaller than the picture but it was clean and the staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was good though we had a long wait as it was very busy.
-
Room was clean. Put at end by the freeway. Noisy at night. Great location and view of Colombia River. Food in restaurant mediocre.
-
The pool was nice and warm.

The hotel appeared recently renovated and was generally in good condition. Shortly after we arrived, a towel-rack fitting came loose when we removed a towel. I reported it to the front desk, and it was repaired before we returned, which we appreciated. Our main disappointment was the Portage Grill. We waited at the designated area to be seated for about four minutes without any verbal acknowledgment or gesture that someone would be with us. We eventually left, ate elsewhere, and did not return during our stay. Afterward, I found other public reviews describing slow service, customers being ignored, and inattentive or unfriendly restaurant staff. Our experience suggests these concerns have not been adequately corrected. Management should actively monitor restaurant operations, review public feedback, train staff, and follow up to prevent recurring problems. Ignoring or failing to acknowledge guests reflects inadequate management oversight. The hotel consists of multiple buildings connected by breezeways. The doors between the buildings slammed shut, causing the noise to echo through the hallways. The repeated slamming woke us early in the morning as guests came and went. Adjusting or replacing the door-closing mechanisms would greatly reduce this problem. The hotel handled the maintenance issue promptly, but the Portage Grill service and repeated door noise significantly detracted from our stay.

Check in was slow. I had to wait for over 5 minutes while the front desk staff was on the phone/computer. There was no one to help me when I checked out the next day - and no directions were provided for other means of checking out. There was no coffee available. I probably won't be back

Clean with beautiful outdoor surroundings.

We enjoyed this property. There was a great view from the restaurant. Would definitely stay again
-
This wasn't a deal breaker & will stay here again Just want future guests to know.
-
Place is nice and clean. Restaurant is just okay. No hot tub.
-
The views were nice and having a restaurant and bar on site after a long day was a plus also close to Starbucks and McDonald’s. Downside was no morning breakfast available except in the café.

Great place to stay
-
This place is great! To be fair, the curb appeal isnt much as you pull in. But once you step through the doors all those feelins melt away. The property is beautifully remodeled. Rooms are clean, and the onsite amenities are great. From the pool, to the bar and restaurant to the lobby, would recommend anyone in the area stay here.

I reserved an ADA room, but we got a room where a wheelchair couldn't fit into the bathroom. The bed was too high. The screen onto the balcony wouldn't close.

Stayed one night at the hotel, and it was enough. The AC was horribly loud, and no matter what we did, we couldn't get it to stop cycling. We ended up unplugging it, and it got so hot in the room that we left at 4:00 a.m. Talked to the desk clerk at checkout; she said that all A/C's are loud. Didn't even show an ounce of care that the thing kept us up all night. I beg to differ, the hotels we stayed in before that night, the A/C's were quiet and ran appropriately.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi did not work in our room. The AC unit made a ton of noise and was impossible to sleep with it on. There was no housekeeping for the 2 days we were there. We were in room 260.
