Close to the center. Wrong room description, there was no window at all on the room, and it was described as « city view ». The staff didn’t want to make any change. The room was also close to the reception on the ground floor so it was additionally noisy. No compensation

Excellent location, between centre and station. Clean and modern facilities, friendly staff. The single duvet was quite thin (suitable for June, but weather was not!).

Amazing location, right on the tram lines. Got to watch them all from the window. Comfortable and clean. Walkable from train station.

A bit quiet at night

The staff was friendly. I liked the size of the bed. Despite there being a 24/7 reception nobody was present when I needed to check out and store my luggage. This was really inconvenient but got resolved by calling their head office who came up with a solution. The street made me feel unsafe, with a lot of people hanging out right in front of the hotel.

We had a lovely one-night stay. Perfect central location and included a good deal (15EUR) on parking within 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome in the Hague. The rooms are modern with hotel chique interior.

It was quite cold in the room and the heater could only go up to 23 maximum, it doesn’t help much keep the room warm.

The room itself was comfortable, clean, modern, and great bathroom. Only stayed 1 night for work, and it was fine. The location within walking distance of the train station. The front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and helping with printing a document. The room was near an interior hall door that guests would open and let slam throughout the night, whoch could be heard through the wall. Somewhat disturbing, but otherwise a quiet room.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and the shared areas were nice. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the local area for recommended different places to eat. The room was very stuffy and there were no windows you could open to air out the room. For those who are not comfortable walking up and down steep sets of stairs make sure to not book a room on the top floor where you have to take a stair case up.

Perfect location to walk the Den Haag CBD. Modern conversion of a traditional old house. Friendly staff.

It was right in front of a Tram Station. The room was not smelling good, but we got used to it after a while.

The welcome and help from staff, the beds were comfortable and the location was good with a tram to the station just outside. Our room was located next to the main road with busy traffic.
