- Very good location next to Chinatown in Den Haag - Ample (paid) parking opportunities nearby - Very nice shirt steamer - Nice wooden floor in the room which we liked - Nespresso coffee machine in the room always a plus point - There was a toothbrush left in the shower from the previous guests - Quite a bit of mold in the tile joints (@management: this is easy to clean, just use some fungus remover with chlorine) - Air condition unit only allowed 22 degrees as maximum temperature - Staff was okay but not overly friendly either

This is a lovely new hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a great shower. The location was excellent with all the public transport I needed very near. All the staff were so helpful and I must give a shout out for the hospitality staff in the restaurant. Dinner there was a delightful experience and I appreciated having a good restaurant on site. Thank you for a lovely stay at a realistic price. The glass of wine each night without having to walk home afterwards was a treat. The only comment I want to make is that a small fridge in the room would have been helpful.

Location and parking proximity. We chose this hotel specifically because check-in was advertised from 14:00, which was a major advantage compared with many other hotels offering check-in from 15:00 or 16:00. We arrived at 13:55, hoping to check in and leave for a festival starting as from 14:00. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting around 1.5 hours before our room was ready. We were offered a complimentary drink after an hour, which we appreciated, but the delay was still very inconvenient given that the early check-in time was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. When we finally got into the room, the cleanliness was disappointing. The carpet was dirty, and I found something disgusting inside the bedsheets that looked like cigarette filters glued together in something black. The shower soap dispenser was practically empty and ran out after 2 pumps, and there were only a few tissues left by the sink. Overall, the room did not feel properly prepared for a new guest. No fridge. The following morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at around 9:30 and then entered the room, waking us up, despite check-out being at 12:00. The same person returned again approximately 45 minutes later, even though it should have been clear after the first visit that the room was still occupied. This made the experience even more frustrating. What was particularly disappointing was that the delay seemed to be related to our request for a king-size bed. The twin rooms appeared to be ready on time, and my friend was able to access her room at 14:07. If certain room categories cannot realistically be available from 14:00, I think this should be communicated rather than advertising the same check-in time for everyone. I had previously stayed at TRIBE Antwerp and had a really great experience, so I came with positive expectations. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the same standard. The concept of the hotel is appealing, but the organisation, housekeeping and room preparation need significant improvement.

Nice hotel.Everything was clean and in good shape. I liked the free water. Great location not too far from train station but near shops and restaurants. Most lighting fixtures in the room was either on or off because you couldn't operate them individually. I wish they would tell you basics like check out time and where to get ice, etc. I kept having to go down to the front desk for information because there are no phones in the room.
