easyHotel The Hague Scheveningen Beach

Very clean, near to the beach and near to the small shops, restaurants and boulevard. Friendly staff and very quiet location to sleep peacefully even we were in a very cool location. Nothing to bring it up

During my stay, I contacted the property several times, but they did not offer any help or even attempt to understand the situation. Their attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the entire stay stressful and unpleasant. Even though I never used those extra nights and the property suffered zero financial loss, they still refused to assist in any way. Instead of treating guests fairly, they chose to profit from an honest mistake. This experience showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. A place that treats guests this way is not a place I can trust or recommend to anyone.

Close to the water The room did not have any extras like a hair dryer, safe, fridge, coffee maker

I loved being close to the beach, public transit and lots of restaurants. Had a nice view of the beach from the 4th floor. The elevator and ac were in good working order. Having a café inside the building is very convenient for breakfast. I had to ask for housekeeping to revisit. Looked like someone had a cold and sneezed all over the room. They didn't clean the walls, chairs, tv, remote or garbage can lid which had some questionable stains. Most things didn't improve, so I did some of my own cleaning. I put the remote in a ziploc bag. The shower water pressure is almost non existent and cycles hot to cold every 45 seconds. No changing that.

The window is a fixed flexi glass and very dirty. Noisy, since the hotel is located along a busy main street and across a casino.

Clean. There is no space to hang up winter jackets.

I really enjoyed staying at EasyHotel: amazing cost-benefit, comfortable beds, overall good environment, and great location. The staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely come back. Nothing to share here.

The hotel and the rooms were super clean. Friendly staffs as well! The location is very close to the beach (a five minute walk behind the hotel). It's very practical and a good value for money. They don't have parking, but you can get a 50% discount instead of paying the full €28.50 for a 24 hour parking if you park in Apcoa Parking Strand - s-GravenJuyn in Zwolsestraat (keep in mind there is a lot of Apcoa parking but this is the one they have a partnership with). If you park in section A, it's a closer walking distance to the hotel - we were parking in section D which was a 950m walk. All in all, it was good and the kids were happy! We would stay here again if we visited Scheveningen.
