Inntel Hotels Den Haag Marina Beach

Location was wonderful! The views were stunning. Room well decorated, though a few more shelves for belongings would have been nice. Breakfast was delicious, but the daily reservation system is unique and proved difficult to remember to do each day. The staff were truly amazing! And the m’assure was wonderful The pillows were too full for my liking, and the bed had two very distinct body dénotations in the mattress. The bath area was always incredibly hot due to full windows and all the sun. (Maybe curtains of some kind?) though the location was exactly what I wanted for easy access to the beach, the main area was further down the road than expected. Nice walks down the promenade, but being a single woman I didn’t want to walk at night alone that far.

Whn I reserved my roon online, it indicated that I could use a VAT. When I arrived with the VAT your front desk staffs were not aware of the form and cound not assist with the VAT form which allows me not to pay the 19 or 21% taxes.

I like the beach view. The hotel is far away from tram. I have to walk a lot.

Stayed at Inntel before in a different city, I always feel like they have great rooms with a lot of open window views. Beds are comfortable, jacuzzi was great. Perfect for a night getaway. This is just a personal pet peeve of mine, but I dislike it when hotels put a lot of restrictions on the TV. I brought a laptop and even a cable to stream to the TV, but that wasn't allowed. We had to do it via Chromecast/WiFi but even that was a little finicky (plus you can't view local video files properly).

The room itself The passive aggressive note about tap water being clean, and that's why there's no water in the mini bar, so cheap my god, for a 300 euro room that's really unacceptable Also the location was 40 minutes walk away from what Google maps told me where it would be when I clicked the address from inside booking , so thats either bookings fault or the hotel, in any case I'd expect a warning and the guy on the phone being not absolutely no help at all, not even trying to help me find directions ?

We wanted drinks and desert downstairs; both were really good, but staff took a long time to serve (40 min). Parking garage a short walk away, and nice to have that as an option, but runs 40 euros for 24hr.

We had 2 nights here and loved it. Great location, perfect in the mornings for a walk on the beach and coffee at the surf shop. We had a large bedroom, large shower on the 4th floor. Huge comfortable bed! Very nice evening dinner at the hotel. Free hot chocolate in the afternoon at reception. Sauna and pool were nice. Super quiet at night, black out curtains and very friendly 24 hour reception staff. Shame the sauna wasn't bigger - luckily in January it was quiet but I can imagine in the summer it would be very crowded. there could be a few more saunas. Also the swimming pool is very narrow - only 3-4 people can swim at a time. Pool was a bit cold!

Comfortable hotel with a view of the sea and the beach. Requires a bit of a walk to the nearest tram station, but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Comfortable facilities, great spa with massage options, sauna, and steam room, friendly and accommodating staff. Sauna may get crowded at peak times (before dinner), so one needs to plan ahead. A reservation system to control the flow may be good. A bar providing cold beer after sauna would be even better ! :)

Great location at the beach, convenient parking space, great breakfast, nice pool and wellness area and great staff Nothing all was great! Maybe the swimming pool was a bit chilly but that’s personal.

This place is probably great for summer, as we stayed here in winter. It has a beach promenade, although it would have been much better if the hotel was in the city center. Overall, it’s a nice spot for summer: the hotel has a good view of the sea, is situated on a higher floor, parking costs €26 per day and is close to the hotel. Our room had a nice view, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good and complete

The view was great as were the hotel amenities. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. The room was so lovely and spacious with chairs by the window, to enjoy the view. It was so great that a bike rental was on the property! There wasn’t a place to sit in the lobby that was free. It was all part of the restaurant so you had to order drinks if you wished to do that .

Breakfast was wonderful. Great location apart from the rest of the business. Great rooms and views.

The room was nicely decorated as we had requested for our anniversary.

We booked an XL room with sea view, but we got a free upgrade to the suite. The suite was absolutely amazing, the view was incredible, and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. I also recommend breakfast. We loved our stay here!

Breakfast buffet was ok but not great

The property was located right on the beach, close to the boardwalk and pier. They rented bicycles as well. The gym was a converted hotel room, small and stuffy.
