SAYŌ Boutique Hotel

Good location. It was dirty. Under the bed I found a condom wrap. Also, the toilet seat was not cleaned from the previous people who lived there. Finally, I found a bug on the sheets. The water was not replaced in the coffee machine, nor in the jug. The vitrine of the front glass was not cleaned and so did not the AC.

Unfortunately had a mixed experience. When we arrived, the trash can wasn't emptied, the floor in our room was still wet from cleaning and didn’t dry for quite a while, which made the room feel damp and uncomfortable. Even more concerning, the floor had been cleaned with a strong bleach solution, which not only created an overpowering chemical smell but also ended up bleaching our socks ?. To make matters worse, the room had no windows, so there was no way to ventilate the space or get any fresh air. This made the bleach smell linger throughout our stay and contributed to a cold, slightly depressing atmosphere.

Bathroom was very very small, i don't know if it's even within minimum requirements for a bathroom space. I had to move my legs to the side while sitting on the toilet because there was not enough space and otherwise my knees would be pushing door. I would also suggest to out a small chair next to the bed to able to put clothes.

Good location Very compact room and no window . Walls also paper thin . unfortunately we had a very noisy family next door so we heard everything ! Also note there is no physical reception .

Nice location if you want to be close to the beach, modern room, decent size Wasn't as clean as expected, hair in the room, very small sink which makes it impossible to wash your face

Great location. Nice a quite. Bakery and coffee shop across the road and 5 or so mins walk from tram. 10-15min walk to beach

Very cosy A bit cool in the room, but it heated up.

The room was nice and well-heated, the bed comfortable. The area is quiet, close to the beach. There are kitchen appliances available, which is nice, as we could make tea, coffee and keep things in the small fridge. There was one nice lady who came to check on us and bring another round of towels. The room was pretty small and there is no space for luggage, expect for a hanger in a corner. The fridge in the room is also very small. The price of the room was quite high, even though cheaper than other options.

I had a problem and it was resolved right away. It's a shame that the soundproofing isn't good.

Central location, essential furniture. Good wi-di Quite room and area, near the center of Scheveningen Not super clean, few hair in the shower and floor not perfectly swept. I did not see( my fault) that the room had only 1 small window. I did not stay much in the room but for somebody might be important. Bathroom sink extra small.

I loved the location. The hotel is nestled in a charming local shopping street, just a short walk from the sea and close to public transport. The room is tastefully decorated, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom includes both a rainfall shower and a hand shower, both offering excellent water pressure The room had a slight odor that was not very pleasant, and the space around the bed felt a little cramped. The bathroom was quite compact, and some water splashed outside because the shower door didn’t close completely. Additionally, there was occasional noise from people walking in the room above

A nice and quiet place to stay near the beach. Check-in was an easy do-it-yourself process. Room has no window.

The location We were missing a mirror in the room. Other than that, it was a great hotel

I expected a boutique hotel, this is a guesthouse with a few rooms only. My room had no window, but a small hatch only at the top of the room. The bathroom and especially the sink is tiniest. For the price I paid I would have expected a replenishment of the coffee capsules at least. Overall I was really disappointed. This is for an overnight stay only and not for a relaxing weekend. But the location is lovely, although it would have been good to know that there is construction in front of the building.
