There was no parking available, and when I asked for a parking space, I was told that the hotel’s parking area was already full and could only accommodate six cars. As a result, I had to park on the street and pay €50 per day for parking. On the second day, I was only one hour late returning to my car, and when I arrived, I found that it had been immobilized. I had to pay €400 to have it released. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom has poor ventilation and had a very unpleasant smell. The TV remote control is in poor condition and does not work properly. The safe does not work. There is no refrigerator in the room, even though the hotel is relatively expensive. The elevator is very old for a hotel located so close to the beach. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I will not stay here again.

The room was smaller than expected and the room was not very clean. It resembled a hostel room more than a 3-star hotel

nice rooms, okay breakfast, amazing staff very friendly and veeery helpfull

The cleaning service was not activated during our journey of 4 nights. Shame.... It is a grim feeling staying in a room that was not cleaned for 4 nights
-
I heard conversations of the other guests, no privacy. Place for smokers too close the windows. Not everything was clean. For me night was a nightmare (luckly just one), a lot of noises from other guests and i had huge back pain because of mattress.

The initial interaction with the male receptionist was not pleasant. Even though breakfast was included in our reservation, he insisted that we had to pay separately, and only accepted it after some discussion and a phone call. Additionally, the first room, although clean, had a very strong unpleasant smell, likely coming from the toilet.

I was pleasantly surprised breakfast was included in our stay. It was wonderful to receive endless coffee and something to eat to start the day. Nothing. The staff was so friendly and accomodating! This hotel by far outstood the rest during my stay in the Netherlands.

The room was good, with a very big bathroom. We could park our bikes behind a fence of the hotel safely. The breakfast was good, but not well indicated (spread all around the lobby). The hairdryer in the room was broken, and we also had very limited space to dry our clothes from the snow. The doors do not seal very well either, so being near the entrance we heard some noise of people coming inside.

It is very accessible, easy to find and the staff were very friendly. The bed. It has a depression in the middle.

We had a horrible horrible experience staying there. When we arrived the receptionist was very rude with attitude somehow and not professional or helpful. We came with our car and a dog. It took forever to do the checkin and they charged us wrong and can barely explain me the bill. Parking was a hell we came in to ask for getting into the hotel parking but they took so long that we might got a fine and finally we parked into their parking spot and they let us pay and sign. And later they told us btw we need to hand in the Key and clients has no right to take out their car again no matter how many days they stay there which is the ‘hotel rule’ with such a rule I don’t know if it’s legal. And then we check and we saw more unreasonable rules and rules. It says it’s pet friendly and we pay 25€ for the dog but it’s not really. There are more rules with the pet which we have never seen in other pet friendly places. This is definitely the nightmare we had through the whole trip in Netherlands and everywhere else was so nice and welcoming. Room was very small even we booked the ones with balcony. And we heard all the drunk people yelling and yelling the whole time. Elevator has no gate which isn’t very safe.
