Cleanliness within the standards of novotel. Staff availability was good. 1) Lifts are under-dimensioned for the hotel size. You spend time waiting for the lift to arrive. 2) The 2-bed room was in fact, a "2 beds +sofa bed", which is odd for a Novotel. 3) 30 chf/day for parking is frankly excessive.

It would be very good to have hygienic shower in bathrooms. Also it would be good to have white cheese for breakfast.

For buffet breakfast, I would like a plenty choice of fruit as well.

The room was clean and functional, although some areas felt a bit dated and could benefit from renovation.

Room furniture looks cheap and outdated. Boise from the elevators.

The hotel rooms need renovation. The phone was not working, and the bed sheet had a hole in it. I was also surprised that slippers cost extra money.There was no hair conditioner provided.

All was good except price fro the parking - 30EUR/night it's really huge amount. I did small calculation and it would be cheaper to park car where ever in Den Haag and use taxi for the ride to the hotel and back. Next time will keep it in mind.

The group of young intelligent and friendly men and women were always available to assist us with any need. The major one is the parking, it was cheaper (14 Euro) to park at the world forum, while Novotel is 35 Euro) paid 14 twice cheaper than one day at parking between water ponds.

The location for our itinerary. Rituals soap and shampoo. Parking very close to the hotel. The beds are two soft and the sofa bed is too hard. Dirty carpets and the bathroom shows some signs of deterioration.

Booking.com confirmed my parking price per night was €25 but the hotel charged me €30 euros per night. In my opinion, for hotel guests staying 5 nights, they should have a special price
