Upgrade the lift Its hard to go buy stairs if you have luggage etc... as the stairs is too narrow

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect for exploring The Hague. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. I had a few questions about bike rental options and until what time I needed to pay for street parking, and the team replied almost immediately with clear and helpful information. It's rare to find such a combination of great service, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The staffs are friendly. The room is okay. There's a parking for bike and car, it's great. It's also a great neighbourhood. There's a supermarket AH near by. The pillows are too high for me. The window cannot be closed, in the morning it can be quite noisy outside because of the traffic. The sound proofing is not the best neither, I can hear people closing their doors in the morining.

From the moment l arrived the you lady on reception was so helpful informed me of everything l need to know. All given with a genuine happiness. The lift was a little slow.
