Very nice apartment. A bit spartan, but clean and comfortable. Not a lot of space and having to pay extra for parking.

My request for a quiet room facing the back of the building was accommodated, which I really appreciated. Overall, the hotel had a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and I enjoyed my stay. What could make the hotel experience even better would be a bit more personal interaction and presence from the staff. During my stay, I rarely saw any staff members, and reception was often unattended, especially in the evenings. Everything worked fine, but because communication and access rely quite heavily on phone calls and messaging, at times it felt more like staying in an apartment than in a hotel with personal service. Guests looking for a more traditional hotel experience may prefer a different setup. Room cleaning between days could also have been a bit more thorough, as it felt rather superficial. It is also worth mentioning that breakfast is connected to a nearby café rather than being provided directly by the hotel, so some guests may prefer arranging breakfast themselves.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and check in is very easy. Didn’t see any staff but they left a message in the room which was very sweet. The room was in the basement so it had only small windows with a view to the street. The toilet basin was a bit high for us, possibly a Dutch standard.

I loved staying here! It was so clean and the room is even bigger than how it looks in the pictures which is usually rare. The location is great, just 4 minutes walking distance from tram and bus stops which takes you to everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel !

The E-mail with room code was sent quite late, Parking address could have been sent with the confirmation of parking reservation. A stronger light in the bathroom for make up would have been useful.

Clean Nothing

A bit more storage space in the rooms would be nice. There is a large cupboard available, but it doesn't contain any shelves which makes it kinda useless.

Communication was great, very easy to check in, easy parking, beautiful room, comfy bed. They offer to order breakfast from a nearby place and get it delivered to the room. Don't. It's way too expensive for the quality you receive. There are many better breakfast options in Den Haag

Very clean and functional There were very few instances of noise from the flushed toilets from the rooms above, I guess the sewage pipes are connected, but not much of a concern because it was intermittent

Had a lovely stay at this property! The room was just as I seen in the pictures and the check in process was very smooth. Staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all questions swiftly.

The staff member at reception was so friendly and hospitable. The room space and convenient layout was perfect. Everything matched the description and the interior decor was modern and had luxury elements. The proximity to DH central is great and the whole process of check in was super easy. The room also has very good natural light and the place had small touches like the hand written welcome card that made it feel really special. Will definitely be returning. Great value for money ! Nothing to complain about
