I was in a terrible mood when I booked this last-minute stay. The staff was so kind and handled my crabbiness with humor and hospitality. Very comfortable and well taken care of rooms. The parking situation wasn't great but at least there was parking (the regular on-site was sold out). Staff was very helpful in assisting with an alternative solution though.

Very conveniently located between the Peace Palace and the city center, both accessible on foot. The staff is wonderful, very efficient and welcoming. The restaurant is really too expensive and prices have gone up again. It's really not good value for money

Easy bike rental, nice location, beautiful building, retro interior. Good bed Toilet and shower were very small and narrow spaces in the bathroom and not so many vegan food choices

Nice location and great service, good food too. All in all I had a great weekend and will certainly be going back.

This was already my favourite hotel in The Hague. The one issue I had is it could sometimes take time to get to order breakfast, and for that order to then be served. But now even that has drastically improved. I also enjoyed the bike rental service.
