Close to town. Friendly staff. Had plumbing problems. Toilet ran all night first night. On the last night we had a wet floor. Not sure if both related but did not have time to change rooms. We were leaving first thing in the morning.

The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly. The room spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, fresh and a large variety to pick from. The TV channels were limited we thought. We missed a small refrigerator in the room to keep medication and drinks cool.

Overall we had a great experience! The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and decently sized. Julie was helping us out at the reception several times, she was super friendly and competent. The hotels location is convenient for exploring the centre of The Hague, walking distance from major sights. The rooms themselves were nice and quiet, no noise on the hallways or anything like that. Overall, would definitely recommend! Breakfast was average, it was fine overall, but very few vegan alternatives and only pretty sweet, artificial juices. But everything you need is there, making it decent value for money. Depending on when you go, it can be a little crowded and noisy, but the hotel provides time slot info regarding how much of a crowd to expect when.

The breakfast provided was exceptional: great variety and selection. Location is excellent as it's close to the train station as well as the downtown area for walking. The room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent hotel and I'd stay there again.
