The stairs up to the room were very steep so not the easiest with a suitcase or for people with reduced mobility.

When we arrived the bathroom was dirty, there were food in the fridge from the previous guests and also small hairs in the bed.

I had a REALLY great experience staying at this property in The Hague. It was exceptionally clean, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. The location was perfect—close to the city, yet quiet enough to relax without any noise or disturbance. It was also very practical for getting around, with easy access to transport and key areas. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting The Hague to book their stay here. Nothing.

The bathroom had no door - fully open space. And, as a couple, we don't mind sharing aspects of out life. But the morning business needs to be private

Great location April 2026 Ive stayed in 10 properties within the last 2 months on my travels and this is by far the worst. There is no one on site and they only respond to messages when they want to. Check in was difficult because there are 2 locations and both have signs on the door that point somewhere else. The thermostat doesn’t work so you have to open the window to a busy street with loud noises and people smoking. They allow people to smoke in the building even though it is not allowed. The toilet flushes into the shower so it smells when anyone in the building goes. There is no door on the shower so water goes everywhere. No door on the bathroom. The beds are not double, they are twins pushed together and they do not use fitted sheets so they come off. During my stay the power went out and alarms went off. They never fully fixed the power issue so all the groceries in the fridge spoiled.

Excellent location! Room was a good size for one person and had all the essentials. I appreciated how nice the bathroom and shower were too! I recommend this booking to those looking for a nice, centrally located place for a short stay. The room was clean, well-organized, and had everything that one needs when travelling! The room was advertised as having a double bed but in reality it was two single mattresses put together. This made sleeping uncomfortable as you fell into the middle split between the mattresses. The sheets on the bed were also not fitted so they kept coming off the mattress at night. Having no door on the bathroom is okay for one person, but does not give much privacy. In short fixing the following things could make this room go from 'good' to 'great': - Have a true double bed size mattress - Have fitted sheets on the mattress - Have a door for the bathroom (or at least some kind of sliding screen to give more privacy)

Given the great location, came with its down fall - the room is right on top of the main street and became very loud at night making it difficult to sleep

Location Unable to use toilet normally, no space to sit. Interior is inconvenient. Not easy to find (two doors). Smelly garbage downstairs when coming in.

I was overall satisfyed with the room and the cleaniness of this place. Very central location, I would recommend only for a short stay in Den Haag and for couples. The kitchen has no stove but an oven that also works as a microwave, there is also a big fridge. At your arrival you will find free water and coffee/tee in your room. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the pillows are square and a little weird for me but good overall. Despite being in the centre it's very quiet. The stairs are very stip and narrow (typical dutch stairs) and it would be hard to carry a big luggage or for people with reduced mobility. We were only travelling with backpacks so it wasn't a problem for us. There is no elevator. The bathroom is very small and there's no door (for me it wasn't a problem since I was travelling with my boyfriend, but if you are travelling with family or friends there's no privacy). The wi-fi kept disconnecting so I wouldn't recommend you to choose this place if you need a strong connection for work or personal use. A/C and heater weren't working. The check-in is done autonomously through some codes sent by the staff and there is no daily cleaning so you will not meet anyone from the staff, there isn't a real service in the building.

Nice little and clean apartment with kitchenette. Nice location with food joints around. Good price. Self check in was annoying and stressful. They kept sending me this link for self check in that didn't work. I even downloaded the app and it still didn't work. However, they still gave me the code even though I didn't fill the online form out, so it was ok in the end. They didn't allow early check-in, even just 1 or 2 hours early and had nowhere to wait, so had to sit in McDonald's Donald's for 3 hours. There was no internet, so had to use data on my phone the whole time. Felt like the staff weren't really obliging so I didn't ask them to fix it. It would have been nice to be left extra teabags and milk for my 3 night stay.

The place is very well located in the center of Den Haag, and has excellent value for money. It's a short walk to all the tourist draws in the city, and has plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and shopping options nearby. The room, albeit on the small side, had all we needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and they provided good toiletries, towels, coffee and tea, basic kitchenware, and cleaning implements. While the toilet and the shower didn't have any doors separating them from the bedroom, they are set apart in the room's entrance area in such a way that it still maintains some privacy.

Great location. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Just be aware that if you put the address into google maps it will take you to the wrong place. Also if you are staying in apartments beyond the first two there is no elevator and the steps are quite steep.
