Location, hospitality and cleanliness Noise from the bar downstairs

Amazimg location, great rooms, well equipped and with nice decoration. The rooms are close to a bar that played music a bit loud. No elevator and steep stairs.

Everything was fine to be honest

The room is great, but the noise is from hell. You will not sleep. It's pointless. There is a pub right below you with pounding music. Give up hope all ye who enter here.

there is a bar just beside the door people are talking too loud till 2AM and room number 4 is very bad beside entrance whenever some one open/ cloae the gate your room door move and vibrate to wake you up any.moment of the night

Room was clean, and beds comfortable. Entry was easy. Plumbing issue in bathroom was quickly addressed. There is no privacy between the two bedrooms. A curtain would be helpful to separate the two rooms for sleeping and changing.

The location is the best. Should come with small luggage because of its steep stairs. The bar nearby makes noise until late night.

The neighborhood was wonderful, great access to everything. Newly renovated space was charming and very comfortable for our family group.

It was very conveniently situated, close to the city center. We were comfortable, the bed and the room were very nice. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in time to enjoy the city, which was super nice of the host.

Amazing location in the city center, Central Train station is 15 min walking distance away. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in is very simple and fast. Recommended?

Overall quiet location on side street, closed to attractions, a lot of shops and places to eat. Room is very clean, recently remodeled, comfortable beds. Very good and fast communication. Coffee machine and small refrigerator helped a lot as we left early. Walked to Central train station in 15 min. We will definitely stay there again if needed. It was not a big deal for us but you can hear some noise from the bar in the building next door. Also as for a lot of buildings in NL stairs are narrow. Be aware and don’t bring a big suitcase :).

Central position for visiting The city ,comfortable beds, clean and spacious apartment ,the layout of the apartment,nice and spacious bathroom.Everything ruined by the fact that the apartment is positioned on top of a night club and you can’t enjoy the rest you deserve after a long day visiting the city . The self check in ,no reception ( I was expecting an hotel ).Stayed Easter Sunday ,Easter Monday and Tuesday,The apartment is located on top of a night club , it’s been impossible to sleep or rest due to the very loud music which comes from the club , the club stopped the music at 2 am the first night and at 1 am the second night . People flowing out of the club obviously make a lot of noise too. Probably the club is not opened every day and I have been particularly unlucky due to the days of my stay . The entrance of the apartment is being refurbished (see pictures )so ,during my stay,it was a building site . On Tuesday morning they started working on a downstairs apartment at 8 am .thank you for the wake up call . To reach the apartment #3 you have to go up 2 very steep and narrow flight of stairs .

Located very central in The Hague. The perfect place to stay for a family.

The hotel was in the heart of The Hague. Very comfortable and 15 minutes walk from the train station. Spacious room and also large bathroom. TV, hair dryer, kettle and coffee machine with coffee and tea provided by the accommodation. Highly recommended. Very good quality/price, taking into account the prices of the city. Regarding the music in the bar downstairs, we didn't have any problems (it was Wednesday, early April). Although it was only one floor, the stairs to the first floor were somewhat steep.

There is one bar just downstairs which is open till 2 or 3 pm.

Great location and closed to several tram stops. We could drop off our bags before check-in time, which was great. The room has a mini fridge and coffeemaker. Somehow, missed the fact that there is a bar underneath the building. It might disturb light sleepers.

It has great location. Everything is in a walking distance, and with a lot of cafés around it. We stayed for only 1 night, and it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had space enough and it was really easy to access. There was a lot of noise during the night. There is a bar next to the apartment and even with the windows closed you could hear everything, the music and the people screaming, until around 5am.

Disappointing

The location is perfect, close to main sights, shopping area, supermarkets, cafes and places to eat nearby. The room was a good size and had everything needed, also an electric pot for hot water and a coffee machine. Cleaned every day. The bar nextdoor, some days people there were noisy till late hours. Also there was some problem with the heating as it only worked at night, in daytime the room was a bit cold.
