Location was good for us, beyond expectation even since there are some nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Really comfy beds. Balanced breakfast, more than enough choice but not excessive as you may experience in hotels in the Far East. Staff is very friendly, though sometimes a bit inexperienced (hotel is run by hotel school students...). Very little to complain - shower head was lame, so difficulty to direct it the way you want it. And Rituals soap is really nice, but the soap-pumps are very ineffective ...

Friendly staff, great choice for breakfast, comfy bed and cleanliness of bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Aircon in the bedroom, it was a bit hot and stuffy in the room. We had the window open but there was no security bars so it felt a bit risky.

Hotel is managed by hospitality students so you feel really good that you can participate to their training The check in hour is 4:00pm local hour..quite late, we expected around 1:00or max 2:00 pm ;we managed somehow but we arrived în the Town during morning so we were quite tired until 4pm

Staff was led by poorly supervised students who were prone to mistakes. Check-in was chaotic with front desk staff. Although I had booked the room for more than 1 night, after telling them I planned to stay 2 night, they checked me in for 1 night only. The next day I was told that I had to change rooms for the 2nd night. Only after complaining to the manager, I was allowed to stay in the room I already had. Although I paid for the first night at check-in, when it came time to check out, I was told that I still owed for 2 nights rather than for only the 2nd night (since I had already paid for the 1st night at check-in). After complaining to the manager, I was told that my payment for the first night had not "gone through" during my check-in the first day. All of this chaos was completely avoidable with proper supervision of the student front desk employees.

Comfortable room, larger than other hotel rooms in The Hague. Affordable parking. Really liked the staff working in the hotel. They are always extremely polite, ready to help and smiling day and night. I really enjoyed finding the "Rituals" products (shower gel, soap and shampoo.) in the bathroom. Breakfast. I was in a hurry, so I got breakfast to go. Not applicable. Everything was great.
