Outdoor pool was fun
-
Awesome stay, me and my girlfriend loved the room and the views were amazing ! swimming pool and lazy river was outstanding for a weekend getaway
-
Servicio de limpieza deficiente La habitación con problemas en el toilet en la ducha; puertas rechinando Mala experiencia
-
The restaurants are far away from the hotel and the food wasn't anything we wanted. We left the property to eat
-
Always a great stay! The front pool was out of order but the staff was very accommodating. We will happily be back!
-
However, there were a few downsides. My room did not have a microwave, which would have been convenient. Also, only the lazy river was open during my stay, while two of the pools were closed. The lazy river was enjoyable, but there were quite a few leaves and unattended tubes floating around, which made it seem like it could have been maintained a little better. Despite those issues, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider visiting again if all of the pool amenities were available.

Overall good experience. We were not lucky because the pool was closed due to heavy rain during our stay.
-
Pools were down,so 2 day weekend thier was a disappointment, theyonly comp was resort fee, tried to talk to mrg but was told she couldn't help because we used hotel.com instead of booking directly thru hotel.
-
I did not feel the property lived up to its hype. The main pool was not working and the splash pad for kids was not running.
-
The storm shut down pool but staff kindly allowed extended pool time the following day. We had a great time.
-
Not worth the cost and lack of the amenities were not working and not communicated ahead of time nor was a discount offered for the outrageous resort fees.
-
Excellent resort. Would recommend to others.
-
