The location was amazing, staff very helpful and friendly, rooms were extremely clean and convenient. Overall, the property was an excellent choice with good food, ambience, cleanliness and service. Nothing we didnt like at the property. It surpassed our expectations.

Special mention to Amal - FNB Manager. FRANCIS - Snooker Table Front office staff were cold . Day of arrival was lil disappointment , when we extended our stay the front office staff denied the running official cgh earth offer . We called the CGH booking offer directly and it took 2 seconds to get the offer applied !

Great for nature lovers, its like being inside a forest Great for permaculture and agriculture lovers The rooms lack privacy, everything is very very outdated. If you are planning a romantic vacation this is not the place.

We loved the stay, the staff, the rooms, the property, and its proximity to all the activities. Jebin was a standout staff member who helped us figure out our activities and how / when to get there. Breakfast could be more variety.

The staff - front office, restaurant, housekeeping, trek are very helpful and patient. The property itself is huge and well built and maintained. The food at the restaurant was generally very good. The guides who took us to the Periyar forest were very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were well kept, large and comfortable. Like any resort some things take time to accomplish

Location and internal environment Very expensive and ayurveda services were expensive and not too great. Even the new year eve wasnt upto the mark. We ended up sleeping in the room.

So many types of trees and plants. Fabulous food and tribal hut with 5 star facilities. Just ask them to allot a hut towards forest side.

It is an amazing property, thoughtfully designed to be in harmony with nature. There is a good variety of trees throughout the premises, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are exceptional—Anoop, Azad, and others ensured that our stay went smoothly without any hitches. They also offer a great breakfast spread. Location is also good, as it is just 5-mins walk from the centre.
