Great place to stay

The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good working order. The room was comfortable. The pool area was well maintained and a nice spot to relax and cool off. The little coffee shop is cute and has a nice selection of drinks. Overall, great value for money! The location isn't as convenient for tourists as some other hotels, but it was quick walking distance to shops, massages, etc.

You will need to rent a motorcycle to travel around to the beach, or use bolt. The gym needs some more equipment there are no weights. No weights at the gym.

This is a fairly fancy hotel that justifies its 4* label. The styling is trendy and the rooms are nice. Supermarkets are 5 minutes away and the Phuket Smart Bus route stop is 2 minutes away and you can go to Patong or the airport for 100 baht, with buses every 30 to 60 minutes. Breakfast meal was nice, but coffee needs to be proper coffee and not Nescafe sachets. Note this hotel is far from the beach and not in a tourist area - it's more of a suburban hotel in a working class area.

My shower had zero hot water and it would over flow into the rest of the bathroom

The staff are extremely nice and caring and the facilities are comfortable, clean and new. The location is more on a local area but if you rent a car or bike I strongly recommend it, you have7-11 nearby restaurants and bars There was a group of people that hada buffet breakfast so we were forced to have breakfast in our rooms. Breakfast can be improved as it is a la carte but it isn't great. Further than that everything was good

Nothing actually very bad experience and the price is not worth to stay here It’s not comfortable at all very noisy you the rooms are not soundproof at all you can hear the pool water all time and you will feel the people who are using the pool like they are actually in your room with you chilling

The space was really good, and nice amenities with a very fast check-in although it was late (close to midnight). The location is very central and close to a mall that made access easy. The breakfast is a bit wanting. There were limited options at best, and we had to go out and find something else to eat. Good thing there was a mall nearby (Lotus Mall).

The room was Value for money. Airport pickup dropoff service available at a good price. They refuse to give me an empty plate in the room for the baby's food. Not many breakfast options at all for vegans/vegetarians No paid/unpaid laundry options.

The property is beautiful and my husband loves the pool. Everything was great.

the pool is salt water. It is in an ok area a good massage place near 3 different markets in walking distance and a gym in house and nearby
