Room provided was different than the one booked. Staff ignored us when asking about it. Toilet seat completely broken off and no help from staff to fix it. Bathroom very dirty. No hot water in shower. Breakfast very poor. Wifi did not work at all.

We had a great time here! The hosts were super hospitable and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and warm, with an electric heater that was perfect for the chilly weather. The food was absolutely delicious and very generous in portions. Breakfast was also fantastic fresh, tasty, and filling. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The location was awesome. The restaurant was fabulous especially the truffle risotto. One night we were served fresh bread hot out of the oven!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they were the best thing about this property. We never ran out of hot water when having a shower which is so welcome after a very long day of hiking!!! The rooms are very spartan, the bathroom tap on the sink was detached from the sink and the toilet seat was very loose. The room seems more like a hostel than a hotel.
