Rooms are not soundproof

The staff was friendly and the location is amazingly great. Some of the bowls and utensils in which breakfast was served were not clean. There were also issues with the hours advertised for the bar and restaurant being different than on the pamphlets. Also there are no safes in the rooms. The hotel needs a fresh coat of paint.

Room was suitable, but a light didn't work and there was some music playing somewhere else in the hotel almost all night. Loud & sketchy parking situation.

Suprisingly, some sheets were unchanged and/or soiled. Probably due to the strong turnover rate of people coming in and out. Nonetheless, this should not happen.

Larger room than some in Ibis budgets. Exactly as described. Nice outlook over playing fields. Some parking at no cost outside hotel. Reasonably priced. Situated a little way out of the centre of Thonon-Les-Bains and from the lake

Room was clean and beds where okay. For one night it was good enough. If staff would be friendly and helpfull it would be just fine for one night. We arrived late and where told we could park on their parking lot. Once parked one of the reception people told us we had to move the car again. When asked where can we park the answer was no idea. Unfriendly and unhelpfull staff. I also had sent them a message with a question, three weeks later still waiting for an answer.

Thonon. Les Bains is a very good base for ski trips and visits to beautiful towns on the lake of Geneva. Ibis Styles and budget are newly gerestyled and everything looks fresh and new. Nothing
