Lovely and clean The rooms were a pleasant size, temperature throughout was lovely and controlled.

Rooms are a great size. Welcoming treats in the room were appreciated. The view from the front rooms is beautiful. . Breakfast is pretty ordinary. Particularly the coffee (no espresso). The room key system is a cat burglar’s worst nightmare. Even the room occupants will have trouble cracking it. We also had a lot of trouble with the wifi (although we were trying to connect 4 devices). The staff did try very hard to help sort it out but with limited success.

It is close to the centre of the town and the port. Fine comfortable amenity with trainee staff very concerned to be efficient and welcoming. Restaurant dinning on site requires much advance booking as it is excellent and remarkable inexpensive. If booked out there is plenty of choice in many restaurants in town or port. Staying in such trainee Hotels is a win win situation! - Like all such venues some staff are enthusiastic but hesitant as they acquires greater confidence - some supervisors hoover too closely which can be counter productive.

Welcoming and professional. Students excellent. Breakfast. Plentiful and home made beads and pastries. Super room with lake views. Lovely town. Tranquil. WIFI was inadequate. Connection poor.

The student staff were very devoted under the guidance of the school faculty. Paid carefulnattention to details. Quality of bread and croissant was very good. The internet connection was Weak. I have told the senior staff at the reception desk. They have an IT member working on the wifi signal strength. Hope youbwill persuade the authorities to upgrade bandwidth.

The location and quality of the hotel is excellent. Since there are students training you get exceptional attention. The breakfast was personalised and delicious. I wish there was better water-pressure in my shower.

The staff, professionals and interns from the adjacent hospitality school, were friendly and eager to help in every way. I loved staying here. A bidet would have been nice. Everything else was perfect.

The Art Deco architecture, the generous and delicious breakfast, the high quality food and service of the restaurants, and the kindness and genuineness of the students and educators The hotel needs a big upgrade to bring its early years glory when it was a 4 star all week running property
