This is a first class accommodation. We stayed three days, and experienced a super clean, well maintained suite. Every member of the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. The place was a bit on the expensive side because we stayed during their busiest time of the year. The expense was well worth it for staying in a place that gave out good vibes, made us feel safe, and gave us the warm fuzzy feelings you're looking for in a home away from home.

The staff was amazing and worked with our situation. We had lots of space, amenities needed, and very kind and willing staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We ran into some medical things along the way n had to renew the hotel room for a couple more days and they were fantastic with helping us get that done, very polite and great customer service and then may i just say "wow such an amazing anonymous gift" from someone who gave us some items at the front desk. Who ever who are thank you and we greatly appreciate you.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean property and comfortable room! The social hour was fun and we appreciated the complementary food and beverages. We will definitely return and let others know how wonderful this place is. Our only complaint was the smoke alarm light was blinking the entire night and it’s pretty bright. Great value! Wish we were staying more than just one night!

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was fresh. The staff was also great! We would definitely stay here again.

I’d definitely stay here again. Wish breakfast opened a little earlier on the weekend as multiple people were waiting for it to open. But room was fabulous for price

The breakfast in the morning is wonderful, lots of choices. The lobby/breakfast area could us a refresh. It is looking a little shabby with some chairs and tables missing and things appear a bit worn. The evening reception they host on Mon-Wed is a wonderful bonus to our stay. Our bathroom sink and shower weren't draining well and it was taken care of right away and worked perfectly after the fix. When traveling with other couples or a big family this is a great way to have privacy and yet community.

The property is very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. My only recommendation is to cook the jacuzzi temp. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Our room was lovely!! Clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the yogurt with fresh oranges, blueberries and several other choices. Enjoyed walking over to the Outlet Mall 3 minutes away. In and Out burger and Canes chicken right next to the hotel property. Very enjoyable stay.

Super clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety to choose from. Pet friendly. Walking distance to outlets mall, and restaurants. Nice and safe area, also close to highway for easy driving to your destination. Thank you for making our stay comfortable, restful.

This hotel was totally amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 days and everything was great. SPECIAL THANKS to Courtney, we stayed an additional night because of her. She recommended to visit Estes Park and we loved it. Courtney greeted our Siberian Husky always with hugs and dog treats. Carrienna was also super nice, and Chelsea the pm staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. I am still giving this hotel a 10 despite there is no housekeeping on the weekend. Breakfast was delicious and always fresh, lots of variety foods. They even have social hour on Mon. Tues. Wed evening. Free wine, beer, and snacks. I love that there is a special area for dogs. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Colorado. Thank you everyone for all that you do.

More vegetarian/pork free options at breakfast. Pool ran out of towels both times we used it.
