Clean room. Room service was 10/10 every day. Staff was extremely helpful. Parking was close.

What impressed me the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Always there to make our stay comfortable and problem free.

There was black hairs on the towel s in the bathroom. The sink drain was filthy. We made the pullout sofa for our son asked them to remake the bed. They stripped the bed each day. Even though I asked the front desk ,the Mgr. and the housekeeper to leave the bed made. A simple requst. 1

The breakfast itself was disappointing, but the bigger problem came at checkout. Although breakfast was included in our rate, we had been asked to sign a bill each morning, and we discovered that we had actually been charged for it. When we raised the issue, the manager told us that she could only correct the bill after we had already left the hotel, which is hardly reassuring when dealing with incorrect charges. Even worse, on the morning of checkout, housekeeping entered our room at 8:30 while we were still in bed, and at 9:00 a maintenance worker walked in without knocking or announcing himself. Poor communication, incorrect billing, and unacceptable disregard for guest privacy.

We had an unexpected delay and needed to get another night. Because we had made reservations through a third party we had to go through them again. By the time we tried they sold our room. They told us they would hold our rooms.

All worked out well. Room was clean.

Our second time staying here. Very clean and staff is always helpful. Bonus of Starbucks being on site.

Great accommodation

We stayed here about 4 yrs ago and it was great then and they are maintaining a high standard. It’s in a great location with lots of great restaurant options within a few minutes walking or driving. They have a good workout area, but are also near neighborhood trails. Also near excellent shopping options. IMO best hotel in this area, you cannot go wrong staying here.

yes could not SHOWER until hotel maintaince fixed stuck diverter on bath tub to allow shower to work partially. Probably 30% of water was still coming out of lower bathtub fixture after maintaince person got the diverter partially working.

Great location, clean rooms,

The next morning, when we went for breakfast, they didn't really know what to do because they didn't give us our coupons that we needed. We still got breakfast under the coupons we prepaid for. The facility was very clean, very nice. We enjoyed the room we stayed in

The overall hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and the front desk service was good. The location is excellent for restaurants and nearby shopping too. Lots of ample parking - free too! A good stay

Love that I can get good espresso Starbucks coffee made the way I like in the lobby! Always clean and iced fruit water in lobby and even clean your room everyday!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure in the shower!

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the room was great. We travel a lot for baseball so this will be added to our list of “good places to stay”
