The guy at the front desk was not helpful. Wouldn’t answer any questions. It was completely rude.

Good value wish they would brighten it up a bit. Room had a musty smell

Clean room. Located next to a lot of shopping and food options.

Everyone was nice enough. My only complaint was that they cleaned rooms once a week and scheduled our cleaning for day 7. We found this to be extremely unhelpful!

Location and cleanliness. The original booking was for 2 rooms where the sleeping facilities (beds) were separated from the rest of the room (kitchen, TV, and bathroom). We were assigned the studio suites instead where the kitchen/beds were combined and I was unable to make changes as the facility was fully booked. The sleep habits of my wife and myself are quite different. She is an early sleeper who requires complete quite and darkness while I prefer to watch TV and go to bed quite late. Not having the separate rooms in the suite adversely impacted our stay. My original booking shows a reservation with the separate rooms. I am not sure but I believe that I paid the rate for the upgraded rooms but was assigned the studio suite instead. Same situation for the second room that I booked for our children/grandchildren.

nice room Wasn’t a quiet hotel. Was going on 1am still had what sounded like kids running and jumping upstairs non stop since 10pm. No one did anything

Room was nice, however the bed was squeaky whenever I turned over. It would have been convenient to have continental breakfast available, but I understood that when I booked.

We were very pleased with our room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We visit Colorado every summer and we will be return customers each year going forward.

The property was in a good location. Not worth the money. Staff made us feel unwelcomed as they referred their hotel as an apartment style and for extended stays. For how much money it was, we were put into a room without a working tv. They already have limited amenities. Trash was left out in the hallway all night creating a smell throughout the hotel.

The room was fine, complimentary coffee was good. And the person who checked us out in the morning was very pleasant.

Nice hotel, close to where I needed to be. The only complaint I had was that the smoke detector was missing in the room (state law) and I asked twice to have one installed, but never was while I was there. The wires were there for it!

Older hotel, price was okay, TV didn't work till staff came to fix, phone didn't work to call front desk, one of the door wouldn't work with room keep, hotel like a maze.
