Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel itself was amazing. Day time staff was amazing and check in was a breeze. They apparently had some issue with their computer though as my door was knocked on and staff attempted to enter my room at midnight. They thought the room was vacant and tried to help another customer get into the room. Staff was kind about the ordeal but I was asked at midnight if I wanted to leave and receive a refund. Kind of absurd if you ask me. He was kind about it and I’m sure the overbooked room wasn’t his fault but probably not a question you ask to a gentleman you’ve just woken up at midnight. Breakfast was awesome, hotel was immaculate. Will stay here again, just will be confirming the room is mine.

Night shift front desk was not good but when brought to management attention the next morning it was promptly addressed and taken seriously. The rest of the staff was outstanding.

Everything was amazing! The amenities, the room was clean, the ac and heater worked fantastically, as well as the fridge! Nothing I have bad to say about this hotel!

I was very happy to see that everything was very clean and well organized! Front desk personnel was very helpful when requesting for late check out because we where checking in late.. All and all it was five stars for us. We will definitely try to stay there again when we are back in Denver….. 👍

1st time staying here. Stay just 1 night. Had a little problem with the remote to the TV, but the staff took care of it expediently. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good. Check in and check out was seamless. My next time in Denver, this establishment will merit my attention.

Excellent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton! The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choices, and the hotel’s amenities made it feel like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff was horrible. Lady at the front desk would not let us check in and essentially said we could not stay there even though the reservation was booked in advance and paid in full. She would not give me a refund.
