Extended Stay America Suites Portland Tigard

The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.

Mold in bath tub. No lights in toilet. Left over trash. Did not change the Lenin.

Simply perfect! Amazing staff!

This is a modest clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent price for its offering.

The location off the highway was great The Gentleman manning the front desk was great- friendly, informative and professional There was a TERRIBLE smell from the minute we entered, ?smoke? from previous tenants maybe. We were only there for 6 hrs or less, my Friend could not even sleep due to the smell. The Air conditioning was old, and in another room- the bedroom area was not ventilated and the smell was overwhelming, on our clothes, etc. I felt the need to wash my feet before getting into the bed- the floors did not feel clean It was an OLD unit, needs renovating the faucet in the 2nd bathroom barely works for the cold water

The staff was extra helpful and knowledgeable about places to see and restaurants to eat upon, I've slept in the bed since the 5th , and it's still comfortable, I simple lay down on the mattress and melt .. Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were friendly and the location is nice. There's a green belt behind the property which creates nice scenery. Breakfast is coffee and muffins, instant oatmeal packets. Room cleanliness was ok.

Location. Kathy and staff very accommodating and pleasant. Laundry facilities having a bit of trouble

I was putting my bag in the car when I looked up and I saw the maid just let herself into my room and start cleaning

The garbage trucks in the morning. Lol

The breakfast could have been better. I wish they had a fresh fruit option. The first room they put me in was dirty and missing items like the coaxel cable to the tv also there was no remote. And the bathroom had someones tooth paste all over the cabinet.. Gross
