I didn't feel they were upfront about anything on the purchasse. I had to pay extra for a room with AC?!?!? I had to pay extra becase a buddy of mine came with me to TJ. We had to pay extra for my cousin to come visit us. WHY !?!?!?

Location and price was what I was looking for. The very worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Very rude and condescending. Front desk kept asking for a receipt for my stay in which i presented to her 3 times and was told that I wasnt showing correct documents. Took over 30 minutes to finally get my key and remote to only be berated later for bringing a guest since I had forgot my wallet in the motel room.

That it had 1:00 pm check-out tine, Very complicated chdck-in. It's as though they don't like it when people book through a third-party like Booking site. The room had 2 windows with broken latches(easy burglary opportunity) Door had no deadbolt, room has sagging bed, stains on sheets, no towels, scuffed walks, floors & furniture. It was Room 103: it had a weird sex couch next to bed(creepy!), photos available) shower floor missing drain cove, which was likely how roaches get in. I saw 5 cockroaches. A drunk man kno k loudly on door at 2:45am & 3:30am, looking fjr hia friend that stated in that room a week earlier. Not cool! I felt nervous so I braced a chair against the door. Bad lodging, and a terrible impression . I've stated in dozens of hotels all over Mexico , most a very good.thjs one was one of the worst.

For what it is it gets one a place to get to bed and clean up, shower n stuff The way reception treats a guest with a reservation, used to being treated better with than without a reservation, this time was the opposite, lady ar front desk almost said that's no good if you want a room you have to pay cash .... my reservation was paid for.

The shower had a hole in the floor, the shower door did not stop water from leaking, soaking the floor and the toilets have to be flushed twice to work.

They don't have free breakfast. It is not on the most horrible block imaginable. It is POSSIBLE to imagine a more horrible block. Hard, but possible. I'm pretty sure this was an abandoned building a month ago, and somebody just dragged some old mattresses into it and made a Booking page.
