The property is nice and located centered to everything I was going for. The room is small but clean. The rooms are very dark. The gentleman that helped us with the luggage was very welcoming and polite. No WiFi service for over 50% of the time we were there, no signal on the tv and unable to connect to Netflix etc due to WiFi not working, I was told it was because the hotel was at max capacity and this was affecting the service. The first night I called to report it they told me to turn off the tv and wait 10mins then turn it back on which I did and it didn’t work, I called again and they said do the same but wait a couple hours before turning it back on, they just didn’t want to deal with it. The receptionist, a young male that checked us in was very rude, that was the first impression we got from the hotel. Not a single smile, he seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

Location is great close to everything! Very quiet at night which was nice. Staff were pleasant. Lounge was nice. Breakfast was super good. no coffee or tea, and no refrigerator. Low quality towels. Room service $25 dollars for small chicken breast and small amount veggies, super pricey! Room facing hallway felt unpleasant. I sent a request for a close to elevator or ground floor room due to mobility problems but never received confirmation. Also the spa section has stairs only, not ADA compliant.
