Location is safe and near many good shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and there was a stain on the sheets in my bed.

Shower was backing up so I was standing in dirty water. Sheets smelled musky like they are not changed from last guests

It was in a great location, close to walkable shops and restaurants. The rooms were cozy, clean and well insulated so it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the linens and pillows and bed. It was all very cozy. It was just a tad bit dirty, but not terrible.

Dirty room and not comfortable table

Was clean. Close to what we were there for. Comfortable bed. No windows in room. Felt like a dungeon. I asked to upgrade and they told me I was too late in the day and couldn’t move us even though the apartments were available. I went to request at 7 am but no one was there. We left before 8 and got back later that afternoon. They said the request had to be in before 11. Hallway light into room was unbearable. Had to use the blanket to hang up over shade to block out the light.

It was clean and attractive. It has everything I needed for the few days that I was there. The bed was terrible. It had to be well over 20 years old there was actually one spot on the left side where you could feel the spring inside the mattress. The only other thing that was a problem was it took about 10 minutes of running the water for it to get hot.

It is very much dirty, the location was sketchy.

Parking is supervised. Close to medical facilities if you are a patient at the local offices. Street is wide and fairly calm and it’s easy to find. Pharmacy easy walk, Restaurant touching the building is ok also. Very convenient. Room didn’t have window view.

Staff was super friendly from the valet to the cleaning staff very friendly and super helpful. Location was great, restaurants near as well as stores. Will for sure be staying there next time we go to TJ. Thank you for making our stay super comfortable. Nothing everything was 5 ⭐️
