Very very clean, easy check in, excellent customer service and staff! Shower was amazing especially after such a long drive, parking/premise security, felt very safe. Said pet friendly but was never told extra fee about my pet, when I booked so it was extra fee plus a refundable deposit. (Totally understandable) Limited parking in front but they do have a garage parking access to elevator.

It was clean and the noise was barely noticeable. The rooms and elevators are too small.

The front desk kept insisting I pay in cash AFTER the room was charged to my credit card and I provided proof.
