The location is safe and perfect,right in the middle of the nightlife. The rooms are always nice and clean. :) The car drop-off is no longer in front of hotel, its on the side now, a bit confusing for new clients.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, good people honestly. That it doesn’t have an elevator but everything else was on point no complaints at all.

Location great Price about 40 percent more than a year ago and I've been staying at this hotel over 12 years now

The lobby area was nice and air conditioned. I also liked that we were able to get a king sized bed in downtown. The room was clean and they provided us with purified bottled water, shampoo, and soap that was nicely presented. They also provide extra toilet paper and a blow dryer if needed. There comp breakfast was okay - I was able to grab a yogurt, juice, and a banana. They have toast there, but no butter, just peanut butter and jelly. They also provide coffee. They do provide free parking, but we didn’t bring our car with us, but that was a decent option. Once you go up the stairs - you can feel the heavy heat. Once we got to our room, we were bummed with how tiny it was for the price we paid. But, thank God they have air conditioning in the room. The bed was so loud and hard that it was hard to sleep or stay asleep if me or my husband moved at all. It’s also very loud outside so my husband and I heard everything that was going on even just cars driving by. Thank God we slept there on a Monday night instead of the weekend. The window shades also didn’t make it easy to stay asleep because the light would seep through the windows making it very bright.

Location is very central which is nice, but it’s on the main avenue so it was VERY loud all night long with the bars and clubs nearby. AC worked but smelled funky.
