Comfortable rooms Rooms were double booked leading someone to enter my room in the middle of the night. Staff attempted double charging us for the stay on arrival despite it being fully settled via booking.com prior to the stay. We would like a full refund for this as this is absolutely unacceptable

The hotel has a totally new building which I stayed in. Was just opened I tbink as some final construction still going on. Rooms in that part renovated. Super good airco whicb was criticical on one of teh hottest days of the summer with 38c. I cannot comment therefore on the rooms in the ‘old’ part. Quiet busoness parc area. Dog friendly. Restaurant looked nice. 20 eur for parking in that area is exagerated. I get it that the prenisses need to be kept but thaf’s taming advantage that there is no street parking options. Also the payment method for the parking - scanning a QR on the ticket and paying online - is a bit cumbersome ane would be easier of incl in the hotel bill. Hallsways ans elevators bit dusty from construction like it was opened a bit in a rush. Rooms where clean though

It was very nice, clean, easy process to check in and check out. All was good I noticed this in other hotels in Netherlands, a mini fridge would have been nice to keep drinks cold.

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was also very well taken care of and very tasty! It's not that I didn't like it, it was just that they were renovating ay the moment so it was a bit noisy in the mornings, which made sleeping in a bit difficult.
