It's a quiet place in a residential neighborhood close to Tilburg University. The room is modern and clean. It feels a bit strange that you are not allowed to order food in your room, like there are too many rules for something you pay that much money for.

Very comfortable bed and chairs, very big room, coffee maker and fridge available, very polite host It could be warmer The towels could be more fresh-cleaned (they had a smell from moisture)

The host was very kind! Apartment was amazing, a beautiful room, quiet location, comfy bed, with a small outside area - exactly like the pictures! Would definitely recommend :)

Everything was great, location surprised us, hostess was great and professional, great garden view, good value for money. 10/10 would recommend. The only small point I would like to point out is that in the night it got a bit cold and the radiator didn't turn on but there were extra blankets and it was spring so it wasn't to bad.

Very nice place: room with bathroom and everything which is needed for a short stay: fridge, coffee maker and even little patio to drink coffee outside. Breakfast showing that the owner is caring person. Additionally great home parfumes from Rituals and lots of things making cosy atmosphere. Parking just at the house. Location close to Tilburg university campus. Nothing
