For the price there should be a much better breakfast. They ask you to tell them when you want breakfast for no visible reason (biffet). First day we went towards the end and no juice or butter and when asked they said they had no more. For the price a real disgrace!!

Cleanness of the room, atmosphere of historical building, convenience location for bus stops, students who are learning a hotel industry in this institution are quite polite and respectful. Breakfast is quite enough and has good quality. Tea and coffee are also quite good. I'm not sure if there's a curfew for the guests. when we came back to the hotel at 23:00, the main door was closed and I saw no one at the reception through a small window on the door. Luckily we got into the hotel while a lady went out from the hotel at the same time.

Large room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Place where they train new staff/school, but everyone was really friendly and professional. Large parking space if you need it. Recommend visiting Textile museum-20.min walking We had meeting at Uni. A bit to walk to. But on a sunny day it was just great after full day of meetings.

Amazingly friendly, attentive staff and a top class room. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tilburg. Loved hiring a bike (for only 5 Euro) to get to T-Huis restaurant in the evening! Not many restaurants within easy reach, but that’s the location. And they solved the issue by offering bicycles to hire.

Brilliant concept, student run hotel. Students were supervised but didn’t need to be. Everything was first class! Nice rooms, clean, ample parking for our van, great food, well designed hotel. Highly recommend
