Everything was excellent

The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was so helpful to us when we had to change our travel dates because the ferry changed schedule due to high wind and waves. The staff called booking.com several times on our behalf, and we were so grateful. Also, they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations.

Location was excellent, The host was very polite and sociable and pleasant. If you keep the balcony door open it is noisy- you hear all the traffic drive by. I was not happy about the fact that the cats were coming in to the dining area as i am allergic and there was cat hair all over the couch in the dining area, also, the cats would jump on the tables (eating area).

The hotel has a good location, easy to reach from the ferry. The host was nice. Very good internet speed. The matress extremely tough and uncomfortable, the breakfast very basic and insufficient, served between 8.00 and 10.00. The water in the shower without pressure.
