Vincenzo Family Hotel

The location was walking distance to the port and everything Chora has to offer for great dining and shopping! Close to beaches and easy to get a taxi or tour to take you around to the villages. If I’m ever in Tinos again, this will be the only place I stay. Eleni, Vincenzo and the entire staff made our stay so special, always checking in to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast is so fresh and a great way to fuel up before exploring the rest of the island. Best hospitality on any of the Greek islands I’ve stayed at so far and can’t wait to be back!

Vincenzo and his staff were awesome, their hospitality was incredible. We were so well looked after - pick up from the ferry, drinks/snacks, laundry, useful information and guides about where/what to do on Tinos, birthday cake for our daughter's 21st etc. I really can't thank them enough. And I haven't mentioned the delicious breakfast in the pretty garden which fed us for the day!

The property was impeccable. The rooms were very nice, clean. There was nothing that we did not like. Everything was perfect, including the breakfast that was served yesterday. I would like to give a special recognition to Eleni who took care of us upon arrival, Claudia , who was in the kitchen and put out a beautiful breakfast. And last, and most importantly was the owner of Vincenzo himself, who was very nice and hospitable.

It was a series of very attractive buildings, with spacious, bright clean rooms. The location was most convenient being an easy 5 minute walk to the harbour and town centre. It was a quiet steer with very handy drinks shop, fruit shop and coffee shops very close by. The beautiful garden with jacuzzi was available to be used all day and evening. This is where the breakfast was served each day. Nothing at all!

Vincenzo Family Rooms was absolutely terrific. The level of service and the personal attention to guests was amazing. Vincenzo and his great team did everything possible and went out of their way to ensure that their guests had a truly wonderful time, and they were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The daily breakfast on a lovely outdoor terrace was delicious, plentiful, and served with a warm smile. The room was very spacious, comfortable and handsomely furnished (with a jacuzzi, no less!), and it was kept spotless during my entire stay. And the small touches were greatly appreciated: one night I returned to the room and was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful plate of fresh fruit, and another night I found a very thoughtful gift bottle of Greek wine. I can’t say enough positive things about my marvelous stay at Vincenzo Family Rooms, and it most definitely merits all of the 10.0 ratings it has received. Nothing—everything was terrific.

The property justified the absolute “10” rating on Booking.com (that is itself quite unique). Vincenzo himself (the owner) and the staff were very helpful and took the extra mile to guarantee a memorable and quality stay for me and my friend in Tinos. It comes down to the small details and everything was attended to the highest of standards. It’s good to put emphasis on how clean the room was as well as how every single of our requests was fulfilled. Keep it up Vincenzo and hope to see you again in the future! Nothing in particular.

Apart from the sheer quality of the accommodation and the breakfast - which was huge - the main thing which sets apart Vincenzo Family Rooms is the level of service, right down from Vincenzo himself to his willing and competent support staff; nothing was too much trouble and regular room service excellent. Nothing.

Thoughtfulness of staff. Did their best to make it a relaxing holiday for us. Our deluxe double room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. Freshly cooked breakfast in beautifully cared for small garden. Nothing. We felt the town could benefit from some better restaurants for an evening meal, an opportunity for this hotel!

Vincenzo is INCREDIBLE! I don't know where to begin. Eleni and Vincenzo treated us like family. They went above and beyond in every single way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. They left us a bottle of wine in our room free of charge, just because they wanted us to have a good time. Wine was excellent by the way. They had maps for us on arrival, fresh orange juice, tons of suggestions, restaurant recommendations and more. They even dropped us off at the ferry when we left. We literally ditched our plans and followed their lead because they knew everything you needed to know about Tinos. I've never stayed at such a welcoming place in all my years of traveling. This includes over 30 countries and 5 continents. Book your stay here! Truly a special place. There was literally nothing I didn't like. This place was absolutely exceptional. Nothing could be improved. Seriously we were so comfortable and ate so well. We will definitely be coming back some day!
