the spa was very nice. bed nice and comfortable. great selection and quality on the breakfast with local deliceous products, comfort in the room and in the spa. Nice view from the room and on the Jacuzzi. We didn't get the room we've booked. The welcome was confused and not detailed, i had to ask all the questions about dinner, breakfast, spa, exc... Clearly there is a difference between local/usual client of the hotel and people coming for the first time, we didn't get the same warm welcome and attention, also we've been told the dinner was only untill 7.30pm, but on the information booklet in our room was written the dinner started at 6.30pm, so normally hotels have at least 2 hours slot. The excuse was the germans eat early and they didn't want to stay in the kitchen all evening :|

Very nice pool and garden. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Welcoming to dogs too. Lift was rather temperamental. Toilet door but no bathroom door.
