Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi

Location, decent sized room, good value

Very clean, very nice people at the front desk, very close to convenience stores and train stations. The rooms were a bit small but they were comfortable

The location Very dated looking. Carpets dingy Blankets were old and dingy looking, had stains. Not the best customer service when asking questions.

The adjoining rooms was so convienent for our family with 2 seperate rooms and one entrance. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and such a great deal if you love raw fish. They had Chiraishi bowls every morning that my family thoroughly enjoyed.

Very central, comfortable and clean. Room very spacious and with big window. Love the room amenities. The staff at the reception were unfortunately not very friendly or flexible. We arrived at the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were asked to pay for early check-in if we wanted to go to the room, even though the room was already available and ready.

Clean, great location close to 2 subway stations

We arrived a half an hour before official chek-in an had to wait / leave our bags.

The pillows were not soft, I was hoping to fancy have a good rest having twin beds in a room but was a little disappointed.

We like the variety of your breakfast buffet. Breakfast hours could have been a little longer.

One of our favorite hotels in Japan! It was comfortable, there was a little more space in this room than others and with extra room for your luggage. Beds were comfortable but firm! Shower/bathroom was expectedly small but great. The staff was kind and the hotel was very clean. Location was excellent close to great restaurants and activities. Very close to train station as well! No additional amenities but doesn’t change my opinion on the hotel!

Excellent hotel, clean and with many amenities. We had two adjoining rooms, each with its own space and privacy. We loved the hotel. It's a bit far from the main attractions in Ginza, but it's easily accessible by several subway lines. N/A

The location, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, hospitality was good, shower was good The breakfast wasn’t great, poor coffee and very limited selection in fact we didn’t go the 2nd day even though it was paid - limited facilities like no gym or bar … should improve the washing machine (upgrade needed)

Greta location and quiet place!

It’s cheap and livable No onsen powder, bed cover was already visibly old & should’ve been replaced, in between stay clean did not vacuum the floor, sound proof was mediocre. There was no public onsen in the hotel. Room was dark.

Location was good with easy access to the subway. The hotel was a good place to stay. Lousy elevator situation as the lobby was on the second floor. So to check out one had a long wait for an elevator and then found people trying to go down to the first floor after checking out so there was pure chaos in the lobby before a staff member eventually opened up the fire escape stairs to alleviate the congestion. I personally would not recommend the breakfast as it was the most limited breakfast of the 3 weeks we spent in Japan. The croissants were not fresh, the options limited. The service was not good. Someone standing around and making sure that you not only returned your dishes but scraped them off into a bin. One thing we learned is returning dishes but this was the first time we experienced someone not working and whose job seemed to be to make sure that the guests did their job for them.

spacious and clean room, delicious breakfast, convenient location and reasonable price. What could you ask for more? I would definitely come back.
