Location was great, walking distance to train station, Tsukiji, & convenience stores. Not much of a lobby. Not very warm nor inviting. But we chose the hotel based on location & convenience more than anything else.

Clean and good location for trains

The hotel is very nice, rooms were a very good size, I would say definitely above average size considering it’s Tokyo. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and well organized and the hotel is located around the corner from Tsukiji station that also has an elevator which helped us greatly with our elderly parents. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel and the calm quiet after visiting some of the other busy areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku.

the room is a little small but cozy. The hotel location is great. none.

Location, good service, good food, excellent price It doesn't mean that was bad but restautant lady that dispatch tickets at morning buffet Could be more gentle. She usually jump to as if you have a ticket and never say hi or something after ticket is payed. I have same experience twice.

Overall it as good. The front desk employees spoke English. Also, renting out umbrellas was thumbs up. The room was small. No place to put our two luggage.

The hotel is clean, modern, and the rooms are exactly what you’d expect for Tokyo. Like most hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are small, but they’re clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for a couple of nights in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. But, like all the hotels on our two week trip in Japan, I had to book 2 rooms to accommodate a family of four. This seems strange to me at first, but, there were very few options for us that had rooms where we could all stay in the same room. And quite honestly, I’m not sure I would want to, the rooms are incredibly small. Four of us in a small Tokyo hotel room would not have been a pleasant experience.

Location, service, amenities and customer care. No free weights in the gym unless I missed them.

The location is great and the staffs are very helpful and polite. The rooms are small.
-
Convenient location and it was close to the park in the submitted river that allows me to go on runs The rooms were perfect for two people, but since we had three, it was kind of small

The first thing I noticed when we walked into our room after a long flight was the “in-room spa” service. I was so excited to book a session—until I saw a note that said: “Please note that we are unable to accept reservations from individuals with tattoos.” Honestly, that felt a bit insulting. I looked it up and learned that, historically, tattoos in Japan have been associated with organized crime, which is why many spas still have this policy. But come on... I'm not Japanese, this is an international hotel, and it's an “in-room” spa service. Who exactly is going to be offended by my tattoo? The second thing happened the very next day. They slipped a note under our door saying they would be entering the room to clean it regardless of the housekeeping option we'd selected, "for your health." Excuse me... you know what's best for my health better than I do? It just felt a little patronizing. Overall, I didn't feel very welcome at this hotel, and to top it off, the breakfast was pretty disappointing too.

The best hotel we stayed at during our 10-day trip to Japan! Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was elegant and peaceful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially by Japanese standards. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.
