We stay here everytime we are in Shinjuku A little pricey

The room was very small. There was a lot of extra stuff provided as an amenity that just took up space when there was barely room for 2 suitcases. It was also pretty far from the train station.

Breakfast was outstanding. I had to take several private calls in the morning from the US - the staff were wonderful hosts and accommodated my needs. Honestly was excellent experience.

Before booking I was concerned about the size and layout of the rooms. They are laid out better and more spacious than pictures indicate. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean and staff very polite.

The room was clean at least. Amenities in the room were fine. The hotel itself was fine too. A long list so where do I start...the staff were rude with no compassion and unprofessional (most notably Mohamed at the front desk). He had no sympathy and no agency to do anything besides appear to read from a manual on how to treat guests. The room itself was quite small and the pictures did not do justice to the size. The price for what you pay for is outrageous and I've stayed at very nice hotels - this was not worth the price.

Its very clean and location is very convenient to tourists. Airport shuttle bus stop right next door. Its 10-15 minutes from major tour spots and transportation.

I did find the rooms small and the value for money was average. The foyer was always quite crowded and staff a bit disinterested.

Everything. Service perfect. Inclusion of breakfast is a must. From those employees that assist with your taxi to the general manager, everyone is cordial, professional and competent. Truly excellent. Smallish room, but it's Tokyo. Notice the incredible materials used in the rooms. Spot on. Lots of thought to the interior design to maximize space.

This beautiful boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully appointed, blending comfort with upscale touches. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to each day. With multiple bars and restaurants on-site, there’s no shortage of great food and atmosphere. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the staff consistently delivered prompt, courteous service. A truly memorable stay! Frankly all good

Stayed at the Kimpton Hotel in Tokyo from January 3 to 10, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Essam at the front desk was warm and professional, making check-in easy and offering great support throughout the stay. Dennys and Kiko at the bar made each evening feel special, always friendly, attentive, and great company. Meg at concierge was a standout, incredibly helpful and thoughtful with her recommendations. Thanks to her, we discovered some fantastic local restaurants that really elevated the trip. I also loved the in-room massage service, it was incredibly relaxing and well worth it after long days exploring the city. And the daily social hour was a great touch, lovely way to unwind, meet other guests, and enjoy a complimentary drink in a relaxed, stylish setting. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and thoughtful touches throughout. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing.

Great location, very nice modern interior, super clean and comfortable. The only tiny downside is that the highway can be a little loud for light sleepers, but honestly even then it wasn’t too bad, just being a pair of earplugs!
